Buying our first home felt overwhelming at times, but Kate Bonifay made the entire experience so much easier. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way. She answered every question we had—even the silly ones—with kindness, patience, and without ever making us feel like a burden with all the questions we could have googled haha. She was always available, no matter the time of day. Anytime we had a question, she responded as quickly as she could, and whenever we wanted to see a house, she got us in as soon as possible. We felt like we were her priority. What meant the most to us was how much she listened. She cared about what we wanted and needed, never tried to push us into something that wasn’t right, and supported us in every decision. By the end of this process, she didn’t just feel like our realtor—she felt like a friend. We shared so many laughs along the way, and she made what could have been a stressful experience an exciting and memorable one. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares, works incredibly hard, and treats you like family, I can’t recommend Kate enough.

If she didn’t know something, she found the answer, and I always felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was her honesty. She never tried to sell me on just any house, she genuinely wanted me to find the right one. She pointed out things I never would have noticed and always gave me her honest opinion, which meant so much as a first-time homebuyer.Katie made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting, and I always knew she had my best interests at heart.
