Jim at Smart Prep brought my car back to life. Fixed a dent in the door, color matched, and a paint correction with ceramic coating came out amazing. The car looks like brand new again! Highly recommend Smart Prep!

Highly recommend Smart Prep Riverside for all body work. I was recommended to them from the Riverside Chevy dealership after a small accident. They took care of me from the start, Enrique and the Smart Prep team hooked me up with top quality care, and they took care of a small dent on my quarter panel on the house. Everyone in that office is very helpful! I know I’m coming back for any body work for sure! Thats what i call top quality service, they get ✭✭ ✭ ✭ ✭ from me!

Amazing customer service. Our estimator Jenny was very informative and thorough, as well as working to make sure our insurance was properly utilized.I wouldn't trust any other bodyshop nor any other estimator with my car.

I have never received more courteous customer service from a business. From the first phone call with Stephanie to simply inquire about their process, I felt so at ease. Every single person I interacted with was knowledgeable without being boisterous, kind, and proactive. I received near daily updates on the status of my car, when I had any sort of question, I could call and someone would be there to answer and clear any concerns I had. Stephanie, Steven, Jonathan, and Cooper. Thank you all so much for making what has been a stressful process (car repairs) smooth and pain free!

I had a little mishap and my garage door smashed my roof antenna on my car, I got a great quote from Smart Prep and proceeded to get it fixed through them. Not only were they fast but they did a great job and were super professional. My roof antenna got fixed the day before it rained which I thank them. If you need body work done on your car, this is the place to use!! Stephanie was a huge help too!!

I came to learn about this place from a paintless dent removal guy I’ve used a few times. When I called him about a recent PDR, he said he wasn’t certain he could do the work and recommended this place. Said he had worked there in the past and that I’d be happy with what they could do. The repair I wanted done was to fix the bottom corner of my driver’s side door that I caught on a gas station post.I drove over thinking I’d get an estimate and probably have to set an appointment for another day. I happened to show up near closing time and the owner’s daughter (working the front desk) took me out to meet her dad, Jim. Jim took a look and said he’d be right back. I guess they weren’t too busy because he came back with the tools necessary and fixed my door in just a few minutes!Outstanding place of professionalism, great personal connection and that old school, family business environment. While I was there I had the pleasure of speaking with one of Jim’s employees, who also helped out with a bit of touch up paint. He seemed like a genuinely happy employee who jumped right in at an opportunity to help out.It was a really nice experience and I was very pleased with the job they had done during my short visit. I will definitely come back for other necessary repairs or auto detail needs. Feels like I made a couple of new friends!

Not only did they help me out but gave me a price that no competition could match. Genuinely a great experience thanks to Cameron!

It’s refreshing to find an honest, classy, business. That’s Smart Prep. I had a problem with the trimming on one side of my car. I contacted several mobile repair services and others. Couldn’t get anything done. I called Smart Prep, stopped by, they fixed it for a very reasonable fee, and were friendly, honest, and helpful. Smart Prep will be my go-to in the future.
