I would highly recommend F&S Power Washing after they just did an awesome job on our patio pavers. From the first phone call I was impressed with the ease in scheduling and acquiring a no hassle estimate for work to be done. The work was done in a professional manner and I will definitely call them for any other work I might need.

Had the outside of the house pressure washed. Algae had been building up for years. It is us now completely gone. Very courteous workers. They did exactly what was agreed to. No surprises. I will be keeping their number handy for next year.

I had a terrible experience with a previous contractor that took my deposit and ran so I was apprehensive about the jobs I needed done at my house. From the moment I contacted F&S Power Washing, this company went above and beyond for me. Mr. & Mrs. Flip treated me like family and treated my property as if it were their own. Phoebe was excellent in communicating each step of the process with me and scheduling accordingly and always made sure all of my requests and needs were met. The crew was always on time, and worked so hard each day they were at my home. I will use this company for power washing and resealing my patio in the future. I can’t say enough good about this company. Look no further, hire them. They will take excellent care of you.

The workers arrived earlier than scheduled. They did a fantastic job! They did not ask for the payment until my wife and I where happy with the job inspection. This was the second time we used F & S Power Washing! IT WON'T BE THE LAST and THE PRICE IS RIGHT!

We are so pleased with F&S Power Washing, from start to finish! From my initial call to schedule our work with Phoebe to the completion. of our scheduled work, was seamless. We had our house professionally powerwashed by F&S Power Washing. The crew arrived on time and reviewed the work with us before they started. The technicians were professional and friendly. They did a great job. The outside of our house sparkles! We want to thank the technicians as well as Flip and Mrs. Flip for their attention to detail. We would highly recommend this company for your power washing needs. We consider ourselves "regular customers" and plan to schedule for our future needs.Maureen and Barry Boskovich, Lewes DE

The team did an outstanding job. We have mostly white siding and live near a tree preserve and a natural pond so the house gets dirty. It was like new again.
