I am extra late with this post, but I needed to let everybody know how exceptional the services were from BJM Transportation I had to be at the airport at 3 AM. I was running out of options as far as how I was gonna get there. Someone posted it on black dollar and someone contacted me. She was there on time to drop me off and was on time picking me up from the airport, so if you need to schedule a ride because you need to get somewhere by somebody who’s reliable this is the company for you!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars because 5 is not enough. I had Phillip as my driver today and it felt like I was riding with an old friend from high school. This company is beyond professional, personable and very relatable. I can’t thank you all enough for you alls work that you do.

James did an awesome job with taking my friend, Mr Milton to his first USC men's basketball game 🏀 James was prompt, courteous, and did a superb job with the wheelchair and ramp. He was very concerned about where to let Mr Milton out, as far as handicap access and an entrance that had a ramp the entire way inside, and reminded us that they will have an elevator inside! James is such a gentleman. I am definitely a loyal customer now! Thank you again for your professionalism from my first call. And again for providing me the opportunity to take my friend 🧡

If I could rate this place a thousand stars, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. Melissa, first of all, is so kind and understanding when working something out for my mother. James is so kind and helpful with transporting my mom and going above and beyond for her. These two people are nothing short of amazing. I wish everyone in every state had access to BJM Transportation. If you need someone to take you or your loved one somewhere this is the company to book with. They’re literally angels!

Outstanding service! Very professional, and punctual. Excellent customer service by the office staff; transporter very knowledgeable of proper use of wheelchair-equipped van; everyone exemplified a genuine sense of compassion and willingness to please.... And the cost is reasonable and reachable. Pleasant interaction without being "over-the-top" friendly. Very impressed! Thanks... Appreciate your good business.
