We chose Fire fly because we believe in supporting local, family owned businesses after past experiences with contractors that oversell, deviate from contractual obligations or just don’t stick to a timeline which can make a homeowner feeling defeated and overwhelmed.Fire fly made suggestions to actually save us money which enabled us to complete all the work we needed and stay within our budget. Communication is as good and they finished the work in a timely fashion. Overall, I would use them again and recommend.

I had hired a different company to take care of my insurance claim for my roof and got nothing but screwed around then my wife had seen a ad for firefly I gave them a call and within 2 hours had gotten a response with a appointment set up for a estimate. Adrian came out and took a look and listened to my story and frustration with the other company and fully understood what I needed and came up with a solution on the spot and a very reasonable price.I signed a contract on the spot and he went to work the next day I got a call from Hannah with some questions about color and within a week and a half my roof was done I have been in the trades for 30 years and the craftsmanship was some of the best I have seen the attention to detail was was awesome I mean to the point of painting the standpipes to match everything.the cleanup of my yard was perfect I did not find one nail left in my yard the communication throughout the whole process was stellar I am going to recommend firefly to everyone and I will definitely be using them again

Firefly Contractors and Design was excellent to work with. They were contacted by our neighbors and when they came out for an estimate, they gave me one as well. They were able to work with both my neighbor and me to get a great roof.They had a very competitive price, compared to all the other estimates I had received.Once the roof tear off was scheduled, a work crew of 10 to 12 people arrived. They completed the tear off by 1030 and inspected the roof for damage. They put the ice shield and underlayment on. The roof was inspected by the city and approved. The crew went to work installing the shingles, flashing and drip edge. They worked extremely hard for over 14hrs. They finished the roof and started cleaning up, and returned the next day to finish.The work was thorough and done extremely well.The communication with the company was very good and they were great to work with. I would definitely hire this company again.

Not sure if I left one so I will now. This was an Excellent company to work with. Adrian was extremely polite and professional. His group came in and did the work And Cleaned up. It took about 1/2 day to do my garage and house. Neighbors were extremely impressed with the clean up. That is something that Adrian pushes. Leave it better than before. I think I have finally found a contractor!

Our insurance company sent us a check for “partial” repairs and Adrian was able to get all repairs fully done for the insurance check amount. We had to have our roof replaced including the plywood, after Adrian inspected it we found the job was more involved than we anticipated not only was there water leaking through a light fixture on the porch, but also old wood from when the house was built in the 50’s that was not up to code . He gave us a very reasonable quote and said they could do it the following week. He had all the supplies delivered the following week and the next day they showed up at 7:15 and were done with everything by 6 the same day including the cleanup. They came with at least 8 people and everyone knew what their job was. Without a doubt I would hire them in a heartbeat again. Very professional and friendly including their employees.

My roof looks amazing.During the install process they made sure to protect my special plants, siding, mini-split etc.. I recently saw many of my neighbors getting their roofs replaced, and was concerned it was time to have mine replaced as well. I had Adrian and Travis come out to take a look at my roof and see if a replacement was needed. After a full inspection, they let me know that it would be a few more years before I need to worry about it. They let me know all about the current condition, and why it wasn’t needed yet. It’s hard to find honest contractors these days, and these guys were a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be using them when the time comes and will recommend them to anyone I can due to their honesty!

Adrian and his crew did an excellent job of roofing my 109 year old house. His estimate was broken down making it easy to read and understand. Other estimates obtained were not detailed. The price was also reasonable. Communication on Adrian's part was excellent and the crew were efficient and courteous. We were so pleased that I'm getting him back to give me a quote on finishing my basement.

Eric and I were so lucky to have Adrian and his hardworking crew do our new roof. They worked in 100 degree weather and the results were excellent. And, they came back the next two days and cleaned up the entire debris. It was incredible. The cost was far less than our next door neighbor's roof 2 years ago. Don't bother to shop around.
