The Kitchen, bathroom, family room, living room and office of our 100+ year old home, taken down to the studs and rebuilt. This was quite an undertaking and our team from WCK made this project painless. The end result is absolutely stunning! Anna’s knowledge and assistance with the design and product choices was invaluable to me. Without her guidance, indecisive me would still be making decisions and my kitchen wouldn’t be finished. Everyone had warned that the project would take longer than expected, but our project team completed the reno within the timeframe they had anticipated and within our budget! Pretty impressive, especially during the pandemic. Their attention to detail was amazing and they did a beautiful job. All contractors and sun contractors were professional, safe and respectful. We worked with Anna, Seth and Tom on completely renovating our kitchen which included tearing down a wall and other extensive changes. They were able to complete everything within the promised timeframe, gave us a ton of updates along the way, and we are beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. The process went as smooth as we could have hoped and we are really happy that we ended up going with them. We know that if we did the design on our own or went with another company that may not have been as organized, the project would have taken months longer than ours. Our neighbors had just had their kitchen renovated by Watch City Kitchens. After seeing both the quality of their finished kitchen and the work ethic that WCK brought to the job, we decided to give them a try.We are so glad we did! We had such a positive experience from planning our design all the way through to the finished kitchen. Our designer had great ideas, was open and responsive to our ideas, and remained mindful of our budget. She took all of our vague ideas about what we liked and pulled them together into a cohesive design.We can't say enough good things about Eric and the rest of the team from LeBlanc Contracting. Eric is knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and the materials he uses. He is a creative problem solver, has a great eye for detail, and truly cares about the quality of the work he does. He tackled a really difficult tile job for our backsplash. It looks perfect and it's the thing that really makes the kitchen special for us. He stayed in regular contact with us about the schedule with the only delays coming from fixing unexpected issues left from a previous renovation. The team and subcontractors were respectful of our property and cleaned up each evening before they left. They were a pleasure to work with!And all of this during a pandemic! Our designer was able to handle most meetings over Zoom. And the whole team was proactive about dealing with potential supply-chain issues and was mindful of safety protocols throughout the project.We truly love being in our kitchen now!

We have used Watch City Kitchen/LeBlanc Contracting for two major remodels in our home. The first being the the complete remodel of our kitchen (down to the studs). The second being the bit more modest replacement of all interior and two exterior doors. Both times the quality of service and attention to detail were second to none.Kitchen remodel:- All new cabinets- Quartz countertops- New tile flooring with underlayment heating- Tile, with custom backsplash behind the range- Insulation, wall replacement, and trim- Lighting (recessed and pendant)- All new electric and sub panel- New plumbing- Painting and stainingDoor replacement:- Fully matched solid interior doors, with change from 2 hinge to 3 hinge- Changed to all black hardware (and replacement of all locks in the house)- Front door replacement to fiberglass craftsman 6-light- Stormdoor replacement- Garage to basement entry door (with extremely challenging dimensions)- Painting and staining of doors and trim to matchWorking with Tom, Seth, Anna, and everyone else at Watch City/LeBlanc was absolutely great, both from the original design/planning to the finished product. The design and construction teams performed exceptionally on our very extensive home remodel project.I recently inherited and then significantly remodeled my childhood home which included: reconstruction of the kitchen/dining room, upstairs bath, and down stairs bath; replacement of all exterior windows and doors; upgrading of electrical, heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems: insulation of the entire home: sanding and refinishing of the hardwood floors throughout the home; and painting of the entire interior.We worked closely with the WCK team who ensured that the project was finished on time and on budget. The design team were knowledgeable, professional, and very creative in their recommendations for updating our home which had not been significantly modified in over 60 years.Upon completion of the project we had a house warming party to which all of my siblings were invited. I am so pleased with the work of Watch City Kitchens and their contracting partner, LeBlanc Contracting. We had them install a new kitchen island and re-do our backsplash.We worked with Alyssa to help design everything, something she has great skill and a true eye for detail. She didn't try to push products or oversell us. If anything, she provided some suggestions on how to lower cost (used remnants for the quartz countertop; suggested comparing costs to Home Depot).Once the design was finalized, I was extremely impressed with Eric, the contractor who installed the island himself and oversaw the other contractors. He was excellent communicating with me each and every day. He noticed some inconsistencies in the wood on the cabinet doors of the island and immediately ordered new one (he still installed the original and came a few days later with the new doors). Everything was just so professional.I haven't had too many experiences with contractors in the past, but every one I (and my family, for that matter) have had for the most part have been negative. The project doesn't start on time, finish on time, guys no-show for no apparent reason, etc. This was the opposite. Watch City had the chance to move up the timeline, which fit into my schedule. As a result, the project was done a week early.If you're looking to do any sort of work on your kitchen, definitely give Watch City a look.
