Our project involved replacement of the front entry and storm doors, swapping out our front bow window with a three panel sliding window, and replacing our rear patio door with a sliding door. Everybody from Joyland was professional, courteous and efficient. Mike was our third and final window quote and he did a great job of giving us just the information we needed, rather than dragging his presentation out for hours. He answered all our questions and provided us with a two year, 0% plan to make paying for our project much more manageable. Andrew was at the house within a couple days to get exact measurements and tie up any loose ends with the material order. From there, Ellie kept us in the loop regarding the order, and a few weeks later she scheduled our install. On installation day, Peter's crew showed up on time and worked straight through the day. We were surprised that all of the doors and windows were in place by the end of the day and that the installers left the house just as it was when they got there- maybe even cleaner. Peter came by on his own the next day just to finish up the outside trim work. We are 100% satisfied with our project and can't stop staring out our big new window or opening and closing the doors. The ProVia products are very high quality and we are very happy we didn't go cheap on such important parts of our house. We will recommend friends and family to Joyland for any window and door needs and we'll keep them in mind if we have any roofing needs.

Acquiring a dumpster quote, delivery, and pickup were extremely easy. They answered all of my questions, dropped off the dumpster exactly where I asked and made sure not to damage the driveway. Would definitely recommend and contact again for dumpster rentals in the future.

Eric G. was my project manager and did a perfect job of communicating all details and quickly resolving all concerns I had with my roof, soffit, fascia, gutter and downspout replacements. The job was scheduled immediately, not a penny paid until completed. The installation crews were very professional, installations were well done and the job site was left cleaner than they found it. Perhaps not the cheapest, but the quality is worth the price and yielded a better home owner's insurance premium. I highly recommend Eric G. and the installation crews for their fine work and will certainly call on Joyland again should I need more of the home improvements they provide.

It was an experience where even though I am eighty I was treated with respect. The agent explained everything to me. I liked the fact that the storm door was manufactured in ohio.
