Joyland's staff is top notch from their office managers to their project leads and crew members. Marianna and Jordyn were both very responsive with coordinating getting emergency issues addressed in the month of July following the devastating storms, and Alex as a team lead has great attention to detail and investigates any and all questions you have regarding your roof issues and repairs. More importantly, the company acts with integrity during their inspections on current shingles wear and life to help you determine if you need a repair or replacement. They stand behind their work and have been a pleasure to establish a relationship with. Side note--they are one of the few companies out their that have a 24 hr emergency response time on the weekends, which is a huge asset to their customers.

I would like to start off by saying everyone at this company that we’ve interacted with was great. From Ellie who was our first point of contact, to the sales person (Brandon) that came to our house, with no hard selling, just honesty and confidence in their product. Then there was (Andrew) who did the second measurement of our doors, to the two young men (Jevon & Javon) that installed our front door & storm door. Everyone at Joyland Windows and Doors made this a very pleasurable and outstanding experience.Jevon and Javon were phenomenal. They were on time and took great pride in their work. I had a concern regarding a gap over the door before they even started the work. They assured me they would make sure they would take care of my concern and they did. They were very courteous, engaging, answered every question, and worked very well together.We had an additional item, a Gable Vent (old one was destroyed by birds) that should have been included with the door order for installation, but, was put on a separate work order and was not included on the truck with the two doors. When we brought this to their attention, they made a phone call and was able to have the additional item brought to our house so they could take care of that installation the same day! Wow! They definitely went above & beyond.Have to add, even the invoicing went very smoothly.We will definitely recommend your company to everyone we know.Very Happy & Satisfied Customers

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Joyland Roofing. We first contacted them in early spring for an estimate on a new roof. Caleb came out to meet with us, and from the very beginning, his attention to detail and thoroughness stood out. We had another company provide an estimate as well, but Caleb took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and inspect areas the other company barely looked at. Although Joyland's estimate came in slightly higher, we felt confident that we were paying for quality, expertise, and honesty—and that proved to be the right decision.What started as a roofing project quickly grew into a much larger renovation. In addition to our new roof, Joyland replaced our gutters, soffits, and downspouts. Our home also presented a unique challenge: a previous owner had painted over all of the natural wood and the Dryvit exterior. We weren't sure how to restore the look of the house without spending a fortune, but Caleb suggested wrapping the house in Tyvek and installing siding instead. It was an incredibly practical, cost-effective solution that completely transformed the appearance of our home.As if that weren't enough, we also decided to replace all five sets of our triple-panel sliding glass doors in our sunroom. We worked with Curtis on that part of the project, and he was every bit as thorough and knowledgeable as Caleb. He walked us through several different options, answered all of our questions, and provided an incredibly fair quote for such a large-scale window replacement. Managing a project of this size could have easily become chaotic, but every step was organized and seamless. Each phase had its own specialized crew, and the transitions from one part of the project to the next were flawlessly coordinated.Every crew that came to our home was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. They worked hard, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. With a project of this size, a few hiccups along the way were inevitable, but what impressed us most was how Joyland handled them. Every concern was addressed quickly, professionally, and expertly, giving us confidence that we had chosen the right company. Joyland Roofing was very quick to respond when I called to see about someone coming out to access storm damage to my roof. Tyler came out that same day, took pictures, showed me the pictures, answered any questions I had and gave me an estimate. The next day Tyler returned and did the repairs. He took pictures before and after doing the repairs and explained to me what he did and why. Throughout the entire process, Tyler was polite and patient with my many questions. At no point did I feel any pressure. I was also informed when I first called that Joyland Roofing would help me with any insurance claim, if needed. I highly recommend Joyland Roofing and plan on using them again in the near future for another non-storm related project.
