Even though I have not yet decided on a company to replace my windows, I had to write an exceptional google review for their staff person, Brandon Cutler who came to my home to provide an estimate. Brandon arrived on time and was very thorough evaluating my window needs. Brandon listened carefully to my questions and concerns and also educated me about the entire process. He then spend time with me reviewing the work to be done, and gave me a quote on the spot after spending considerable time making sure everything was recorded correctly. As this is a major project and expense, I was very appreciative of Brandon's attention to detail. As a first impression for Joyland Roofing, Brandon did a great job.

I'd recommend Joyland to anyone. They were honest in what was needed to fix/upgrade the roof, gutters, etc. They were very communicative and punctual to begin the work. More importantly, the company acts with integrity during their inspections on current shingles wear and life to help you determine if you need a repair or replacement. They stand behind their work and have been a pleasure to establish a relationship with. Side note--they are one of the few companies out their that have a 24 hr emergency response time on the weekends, which is a huge asset to their customers.

I would like to start off by saying everyone at this company that we’ve interacted with was great. From Ellie who was our first point of contact, to the sales person (Brandon) that came to our house, with no hard selling, just honesty and confidence in their product. Then there was (Andrew) who did the second measurement of our doors, to the two young men (Jevon & Javon) that installed our front door & storm door. Everyone at Joyland Windows and Doors made this a very pleasurable and outstanding experience.Jevon and Javon were phenomenal. They were on time and took great pride in their work. I had a concern regarding a gap over the door before they even started the work. They assured me they would make sure they would take care of my concern and they did. They were very courteous, engaging, answered every question, and worked very well together.We had an additional item, a Gable Vent (old one was destroyed by birds) that should have been included with the door order for installation, but, was put on a separate work order and was not included on the truck with the two doors. When we brought this to their attention, they made a phone call and was able to have the additional item brought to our house so they could take care of that installation the same day! Wow! They definitely went above & beyond.Have to add, even the invoicing went very smoothly.We will definitely recommend your company to everyone we know.Very Happy & Satisfied Customers
