I have always been really nervous about going to the gym so decided to have some sessions with a PT to build my confidence and put together a program. So glad I picked Rish!! He is very supportive and encouraging, but also provides corrections and pushes me to go beyond what I think are my limits. Really love the result I am seeing.After years of no exercise it was a pretty daunting moment going into the first session but Rish made me feel comfortable and capable. Rish is a fantastic trainer who knows exactly how to push and motivate me without letting me give up.
