Joe!!! Joe did such an incredible job for us. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the work he did. I think he might be a subcontractor for Southwest Pools, but they definitely referred him to us for repair work before we move onto cosmetic. We have had so many quotes all over the board in price and Joe gave me an honest, clean quote, a reasonable price, fixed our cracked and broken pipes, all the blocked returns, and our pool light. Some other jerk told us it was irreparable and tried to quote me $900. It ONLY needed a new bulb! Another guy told us that someone had blocked our drain off completely in the spa with concrete. Also not true. There was a little bit of work that needed to be done, and Joe fixed it in one day. Certainly did not need to have the whole spa ripped out.I’m so grateful for Joe’s honesty and integrity. Southwest Pools, you need to keep giving him business, he gives you a really good name. Our next step is a resurface and tile work. I’m looking forward to the same high-quality service. You have no idea how much it means to me as a customer, to have honest tradespeople.
