I really liked the fact that you sent me. The statistics on the water quality etc and pics about my pool. After John completed the clean he vacuum the bottom on the deep end. Amd he got tiles just in the corners. I am one hundred percent thrilled. I love your service thank you

Mike is a hard worker who clearly appreciates the company. He even shows up with severe back pain, to where he could barely bend down, and did the work with a smile. He's respectful of the property, welcomes the dog, locks the gate behind him, and always asks if there's anything else before he leaves. He's personable and does great work. These are our observations as customers. Mike mentioned that the new owner visited to ask what would make employees' lives better, and we'd like to offer our suggestions: please consider keeping routes in a general area when possible rather than sending techs from one side of town to another and expecting everything done by end of day. We also noticed the workload seems heavy for one person, and having more staff would help the team keep up without anyone carrying it alone. We understand the need for efficiency, but sustainable routes, reasonable pacing, and adequate staffing would go a long way toward showing the crew they're valued. Troy was great! He arrived early and waited for us to return from an errand. He hooked us up with a drain and hose so that I pulled in it overflow with all the heavy rains. Troy was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly.
