After doing lots of research and watching multiple Utube videos we decided to go with Aquagaurd 5000 for our DIY hot tub refinishing project. We have never worked with epoxy before and Dennis and Dustin walked us through the project every step of the way. Those guys really know what they are doing because they actually do it themselves. Lots of tips and tricks to make for a successful job. Couldn’t be happier with our “new” hot tub refinishing project.

Best company ever..

After overcoming the reluctance of the Pool company on my use of the AquaGuard5000 (because I didn't want to use their Product) I now have a Beautiful 25 year old Pool that looks NEW!! It took them two different Applications and a Month because they screwed up the first one and had to reorder more product. That's what happens when you apply the product without the proper equipment, Plus my insistence on the AquaGuard 5000 and Perfection....IT's GEORGOUS!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU !! The were super helpful, walked me through building a pressure pot to do the speckle spray and even suggested adding glitter which made the pool look amazing. The lady taking my order asked all kinds of questions and I got everything I needed. It amazed me, didn’t have to run to the hardware store for anything it was all included. The product rolled on easy, working time was about 30 minutes so you gotta work in a team, the color was consistent, and looks great. We did 3 coats plus, a grit coat for the steps, and a speckle coat which adds a lot of grip for walking in the pool. I got some epoxy on my working sneakers, and it wont come off and has not cracked, now that is a durability test! Restored a 15 year old fiberglass pool, made it new again. Very happy, thank you. 4 year update. Product still looks new, found out from the pool shop I am never to put liquid chlorine in a fiberglass pool. I just laughed because I have this amazing coating. Just scrub the walls off in the spring time with a brush a white power comes right off, and the pool is open for the season after a 1 hour cleaning cycle. Love love love it!

Working with Dennis and Debbie was a great experience! Dennis was so helpful with his instructions and he was hands-on and never made us feel like our small job was too small for him. He gave us the knowledge and confidence to make the repairs ourselves using Aquaguard. We had split in the fiberglass wall and along the concrete in the shallow end of pool. It was bad but now it looks great. We are looking forward to enjoying our pool again next year when the weather warms up again. The grandkids will be happy! Thank you. Highly recommend.
