Jay, Jenessa and team atArtisan Homes are amazing! We decided to tear down our existing house on the river—which was old and had too many steps—and replace it with a new custom patio home. After touring many properties through the Parade of Homes, we finally met Jay in one of his new custom builds on the tour. The home was gorgeous, and Jay represented himself and his work beautifully. We knew right then we had found our builder. From tear down to move-in, the entire process was seamless and professional. We made many changes along the way, spending hours working through details with Jay, and never once did we feel like a nuisance. The quality and attention to detail were top-notch. If you’re looking for a custom builder who genuinely cares, save yourself a lot of aggravation and start here first!P.S. Love our 10’x14’ all concrete safe room!

Jay, Janessa, Alex, Shannon, Kent and the whole crew made the home building process smooth and enjoyable. There was not one time where we felt overwhelmed or that the team was too busy to make our dream home come to life. They truly went above and beyond in all aspects from design, attention to detail during the construction period, and communication. There is nothing that I would change with our final product.
