Neither my partner nor I can believe the huge difference in me. I was waddling like a penguin, had great difficulty in managing stairs & had to pull myself up with my arms & had constant neck & shoulder pain. I am so much better in my mobility, stand straighter and stairs are easy without even holding a stair rail as my legs are stable. No more knotty neck & shoulder pain. Also sleeping better. Best decision I have made. I have been suffering from the worst pain ever (far worse than childbirth) suffering from TMJ after months and months with very little help from the dentist or docs. I went to Posture Right Chiropractors by chance, because I hurt my lower back and was in a lot of pain. I searched for the practice that could give me an appointment to be seen quickly and it was them. After a couple of appointments with Rob, I was feeling way better, but apart of my lower back, all of my body seemed to be benefiting from the treatment. I became a mother 1 and a half years ago, and as all mothers do, I neglected myself to take care of my baby, the lack of sleep, bad postures when sleeping, bad postures whilst breastfeeding and now being most of the time playing on the floor was putting lots of strain in my back, neck and shoulders, and that has now been relieved completely. I went for an injury, but I wish I would have gone before! I must say also that the practice has a very friendly yet professional environment, easy access and a big parking lot. Less
