I ordered 2 gallons of raw milk. My pick up was only a mile from my apartment and so easy to do. This milk is by far better than the raw milk I was getting at the grocery store. It is far more fresh and lasted longer. Absolutely would recommend 10/10. Easy subscription so all I have to do is pick up every Wednesday. This has changed my life. This was my first time ordering. I got our essentials: organ-blend ground beef, breakfast sausage, whole chicken, chicken and beef liver, beef fat. So far we’ve tried the organ-blend ground beef and the breakfast sausage. Both have been fantastic. The ground beef has a great depth of flavor. The breakfast sausage is very yummy with plenty of fat. I’ll definitely be putting in a monthly order. My brother has a regenerative farm on the other side of the US and it’s too expensive to ship. Good experience. The 2$ service fee is a little obnoxious. The raw milk was delicious and reasonably priced but is 25% grain fed which is suboptimal. At least the grains are non GMO and do not include soy. Less

Just picked up my second order from my host family!I have been extremely impressed with the quality of beef I’ve purchased, including the beef liver. I try to eat and feed my family liver a few times a month and have, over all, been unhappy with grocery store liver (even the organic stuff). CPRs grass fed beef liver was by far the best liver I’ve ever made and tasted! Just received our first shipment of steaks, beef, chicken and pork. Packaging was done to a very high standard inside a mylar bag with insulated green foam. Dry Ice was used to keep everything frozen. The meat is of the higest quality.We are local - I'm done with Grocery stores. Buying meat from a local rancher is the way to go. Less

I have been buying from CPR Meats, as a Snow Bird for 3 of the last 4 years. There product has always been excellent at a very fair price. I have an immune disorder and have very specific dietary restrictions that mostly exclude any normal grocery store meats. My grocery store options are at high end/high price stores or mail order companies. CPR Meats, in most cases, meets or exceeds my restrictions and doesn’t break my bank.Try the eggs. I purchased a turkey from Chiricahua this year after researching local pasture farms. I didn't have a good experience:- An email was sent, right after final payment had gone through (you pay to put a hold on the turkey and are billed the final price a couple days before pickup) telling me that my order may have been processed at an unaccredited facility. No heads-up at any point with time to cancel the order and find a pastured bird elsewhere, just an "Oh and by the way" after the bill was non-refundable.- The turkey had been butchered and frozen nearly two months before pickup. I would expect it to be more fresh at this price point.- The turkey was also labeled as coming from another farm. I called and found out that was what the poultry branch of Chiricahua was called, but that information wasn't on their website or noted anywhere during the order process, updates along the way, or a pick-up. You shouldn't have to chase down verification that you got what you paid for.I sent an email to the company about all of this two weeks ago, and have heard nothing.I don't care how good your product is supposed to be, if you can't handle the basics of communicating and serving your customers, your business needs serious work. I will never buy from them again, and I will caution others away from them whenever it comes up. Less
