The pricing was very reasonable.We opted for a sewer camera inspection of the property as well, because it made sense! And we were very satisfied with the fantastic videos we were sent. They were helpful in various ways throughout the home buying process.Before the inspection, we were sent a list of documents that described the process, as well as what to expect/what not to expect from a home inspection. I found these very helpful in explaining the process to my family.And just to note - those documents, as well as Surety’s website were all formatted really well for viewing on desktop and mobile devices. That’s just the kind of detail that shows they are on top of their business game.I feel like that attention to detail showed in every aspect of their work. Especially the final inspection report. It was interactive! Sure, I could export the whole thing as a PDF. But using the interactive version, I could easily jump from section to section, sort by severity of the issue, and a number of other cool things that made going over the report with my family and then the owner a breeze. Honestly it’s like they armed me with a fully professional presentation!
