I specifically recommend opting for the thermal imaging; it revealed a suspicious area that wouldn't have been seen otherwise, which became a huge help during my negotiations.The report was delivered the same day, was multi-page, and featured excellent photos. I loved the layout, which allowed me to mentally track suggested repairs for my own planning. Janston even did a follow-up after the inspection, which I really appreciated.
