I hired Gene to power washed my backyard cement and my Solar panels for an agreed upon price. However once he got on the roof he noticed green algae growing in many areas and my rain gutters were a mess, so he cleaned those items. He also cleaned a fair amount of rust stains on my concrete. Much of what he did I had not initially hired him too do but he did it anyways. Everything came out excellent! Very pleased!! Thanks Gene!!
