Excellent Service! I really appreciate how quickly Robert was able to get to our house. We had quite the unique situation with a bird. At first, this bird did not make itself known. Robert went through and cleaned our vent, checked everywhere, and put the vent guard up. And didn't see it - we had assumed it flew out. But the bird had made it's true appearance after he left (of course - it was hiding). So Robert turned around and came back and took care of it quickly and efficiently. It made an impression that he came back fairly soon after I called again to have him come back to resolve the issue. Bird was free and unharmed :) I just want to say thank you so much for resolving this issue for us and also being diligent about it.

I called in a panic when we discovered a bat in our bedroom. Kody fit us in his schedule to check for more that same day. He came out and did a thorough check of our home and gave us ways we can prevent future critters. He was back within the week wildlife proofing our home. I highly recommend this Company and Kody. The whole process was seamless from scheduling an appointment to addressing the issue I had with a squirrel in my air vent! The company worked with me to find a good time to come out (very prompt) and also managed to fit me in a few days early after a cancellation to complete the job.
