Graham and his team have recently completed the refurbishment of our en-suite and we couldn't be more pleased with the result.From our initial contact with him Graham was so responsive and nothing was too much trouble nor phased him, not even when the wall came away when taking the old tiles off! He was a pleasure to work with and the quality of his work excellent.We are looking forward to working with Graham again shortly when we hope to upgrade our bathroom.

Graham recently renovated our main bathroom and ensuite and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the outset, he was very clear with his quote and the breakdown of work, which made everything easy to understand. He also offered helpful advice and guidance when sourcing bathroom fittings, which we really appreciated.He was always on time, communication was excellent throughout, and he kept us fully informed whenever any potential issues came up, always explaining the options and suggesting sensible solutions. We also had some tricky tiles to work with, which Graham was extremely patient and meticulous with.I would definitely recommend Graham and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Graham completed our family bathroom and en suite recently. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Graham sent a detailed quote and was clear on what was included. He was very responsive to all my questions as I had never installed a new bathroom before and was so helpful (and patient) in helping me design the bathroom layout and choose finishes which suited us. The work was completed to a high standard, including all the other trades which he organised such as plastering and electricals. Whilst here Graham and Oscar were very tidy and despite the occasional noise, which couldn’t be helped, you didn’t know they were here. We are so delighted with our new bathrooms and would genuinely recommend this as a great company to use.

Graham delivered an exquisite bathroom refit for us including having to completely strip out the previous suite, shower, tiles and flooring. He gave us great advice on replacement products and worked with us on bathroom furniture that we selected.The quality of the tiling and plumbing was excellent, especially as we have some key sightlines to work to with the walk-in shower tray and window. His idea to recess the over-sink cupboard into the stud wall cleaned up the appearance and having motion-sensitive LED lighting underneath the sink cabinet means a subtle, yet effective night-time bathroom visits without being blinded by the main lights !Would happily recommend Graham and Aquality Bathrooms for price, service and quality of finish.

Wow Graham did a marvelous job transforming a small tired bathroom into a haven of tranquility during one of the hottest weeks this year. He was on time, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely use again.
