On a trip our tire lost the tread on the tire and created a lot of damage to our car. Mort’s auto Body worked with our insurance company to repair the damage. The office staff was extremely helpful in working with the insurance company, and kept us Informed as how the progress was going. Upon picking up the car the workmanship was impressive and extremely detailed.

I live in Mammoth and needed some auto body repair work done. Unfortunately, there aren’t any reliable auto body shops in Mammoth, and the ones in Bishop only provided quotes during specific hours on certain days of the week. The only shop that did give me a quote had a four-week turnaround time.I decided to reach out to Mort's because they had great reviews online, and I'm glad I did. I spoke with Sonia over the phone, and I was able to email her photos of the work I needed. She got back to me with a quote within an hour. I was informed that the quote was just an estimate and could change once they began the work.They had my truck ready in just seven business days, and the bodywork and paint match were perfect. Best of all, the quote was accurate—no surprises. Although I hope not to need auto body work in the future, if I do, I’ll definitely return to Mort's, and I would recommend you do the same.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!! I was very impressed when Andrea called to give me an update. It was completely done when they quoted and car was done beautifully and they washed and vacuumed my car. Wasn’t expecting such a treat!!!
