We love 11-21 My daughter really enjoys the boxing classes, and it has been such a positive experience for her. The environment is encouraging, fun, and motivating, and she always looks forward to going. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place for kids to build confidence, stay active, and have fun!

Highly recommend! The Coaches Clint and Missy are amazing, patient coaches with their Mini BJJ class. My 4yr old loves training with them.

Coach Clint is phenomenal! My whole family goes there. He’s challenging but also very thorough in his teachings. He does great with my kids which is a 5 yr. old girl, and my 12 and 8 year old boys. He challenges them and they absolutely love being there. I also very much enjoy his classes, as someone new to martial arts he is very thorough at walking me through stuff but doesn’t just give out the answers. He likes to give people the opportunity to figure it out 9on their own first. The atmosphere is great it’s family friendly and still quite competitive.

Absolutely awesome place. Everybody's nice and you don't have to be concerned about not being in complete shape walking in.

I contacted 11.21 for classes for adult beginners who have absolutely no experience and they were very accommodating. Today was my first class and I am excited to go back for more! It was so much fun and a great workout!!
