My wife and I are completely obsessed with Choo Choo Tortas. We’re from LA, and finding a place like this in Spokane Valley honestly means more to us than just finding good food. It feels familiar. It feels comforting. It feels like a little piece of home.Everything we’ve had has been incredible. The chilaquiles, California burrito, breakfast burrito, bionicos, fresas con crema... all of it. The flavors are authentic, the portions are great, and every time we leave, we’re already talking about what we want to try next.The restaurant itself is just as special. It’s colorful, festive, traditional, and full of personality. You don’t feel like you’re walking into some generic restaurant. You feel like you’re stepping into a place that actually has heart.And the staff has always been so friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. We genuinely love this place and are so happy we found it.

No matter what you order, the food is always hot, fresh, and made with so much love! This has become my favorite restaurant in all of Spokane over the last year. Last week when my partner and I went for lunch, I cried when the food came because I was so excited. Everyone is so kind, the salsas hit, the meat is always so tender and full of flavor, and the rice and beans are even incredible! On top of having a welcoming, bright, and super cute space - they never miss!

Best kept secret in Spokane. If you have the luck of stumbling into Choo Choo's no other local mexican restaurant will ever compare. Not only is their food top notch, they have an entire menu dedicated to smoothies and refreshers that could be a stand alone establishment. Oh.....
