Where do I even begin? Our stay at Soleevino was truly one of the highlights of our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, Liz and Massimo made us feel so incredibly welcome. They are the kind of hosts who somehow manage to think of everything while also making the entire experience feel relaxed, personal and effortless.Before and throughout our stay, Liz and Massimo were SO helpful with recommendations, reservations and suggestions for places to visit, wineries, restaurants and things to do in the area. Their knowledge of Chianti is incredible, and every recommendation was wonderful.And then there is Soleevino itself. The property is absolutely beautiful—luxurious, yet at the same time so homey, cozy and comfortable. The views from the pool and pergola are breathtaking. Sitting outside looking over the Tuscan countryside was one of those moments when you just stop and think, “I can’t believe we are actually here.”Our room was exceptional. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable and luxurious, and every little detail felt thoughtfully chosen. Even the shower gel, shampoo and other amenities were such high quality. Nothing felt ordinary or overlooked.And BREAKFAST! Every morning was a treat. Not only was everything delicious, but the presentation was honestly magazine-worthy. You could tell how much thought and care went into every meal.One of the things we loved most, though, was the atmosphere Liz and Massimo created. We met wonderful guests from many different places, and somehow they made it so easy and natural for everyone to get to know one another. We shared stories, laughed, lingered over conversations and genuinely enjoyed the people we met.Liz and Massimo shared the best stories with us, introduced us to their friends, and by the end of our stay we didn’t feel like guests at a B&B—we felt like we had been welcomed into a family.There are beautiful places to stay all over Tuscany, but what makes Soleevino so special is Liz and Massimo and the experience they have created there. It is beautiful, luxurious and peaceful, but also warm, personal and full of heart. We left feeling incredibly lucky to have found it—and already looking for our return visit.

Liz and Massimo made our stay in Chianti unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us like old friends. They’re genuinely easygoing and warm. We even spent an afternoon shopping with them, and later enjoyed a wonderful relaxed lunch together.They recently renovated their home and it now feels like a luxurious, calming escape. There are several lovely spots to sit, relax, read, or work remotely. The views all around the house are incredible. The infinity pool is stunning, overlooking the vineyard and olive trees, and the pergola offers another wonderful spot to soak in the view. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very quiet. It welcomed the amazing sunrise every morning. Liz and Massimo clearly have an amazing eye for design.The location is ideal. You can walk or drive to the nearby town that is less than five minutes by car. One evening during our stay the plaza hosted free live outdoor jazz. During the day the plaza transforms into a lively flea market.Liz and Massimo are happy to share suggestions or help with reservations if you want to explore. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the morning. Liz offers a wide range of fresh, local choices that set the perfect tone for the day.We really got to know our hosts and felt right at home. We would love to someday return to SOLEeVINO with friends or family. SOLEeVINO is één van de mooiste locaties waar wij ooit vakantie dagen hebben gevierd. De ligging tussen Florence (25 km) en Sienna (30 km) en in het geweldige glooiende landschap van Greve in Chianti heeft onze verwachtingen ver overtroffen. Zo ook de gastvrijheid van Liz en Massimo, wat een fijne mensen. Betrokken, zorgzaam en helemaal toegewijd om ons verblijf te laten slagen. Dat is ze zeker gelukt, we gaan hier weer zeker weer naar toe.

Their beautiful home has been created and decorated with impressive and impeccable taste and comfort. Everything is top class and they share their remarkable story and their passion for the area is obvious as they aim enhance your experience by recommending restaurants and wineries which were all as suggested and wonderful. We just also loved the sumptuous breakfast eaten overlooking the Tuscan hillside and relaxed by the infinity edged pool with a glass of something cool. We really didn’t want to leave!! 😀 - The property was in a most beautiful location, nestled between vineyards on a hillside. The home itself had been beautifully renovated by Liz & Massimo, the wonderful Aussie hosts, you feel like you have stepped back in time to the luxury of an old villa with modern amenities. The bed was super comfy, the shower was to die for and the breakfast was delicious! Did I mention the infinity pool? What a treat on a hot day to come home and have a drink or two whilst cooling off in the stunning pool, looking out over the valley as the sun sets. Lastly, Liz & Massimo were exceptional hosts, super friendly, extremely helpful and keen to ensure you experience best of the region. They booked us a stunning restaurant for dinner and a private winery tour and tasting. Was just brilliant. We loved our short stay here and hope to return one day. Thanks Liz & Massimo. 😞 - Nothing to report, was wonderful.

Fabulous weekend in Tuscany at the beautiful Soleevino! Liz warmly welcomed us to her gorgeous B&B, a newly renovated and impeccably decorated home with all the amenities for guests to enjoy a lovely stay. Liz provided many great recommendations for local restaurants and events, and she prepared the most delicious breakfast. Location of Soleevino is perfect - excellent views, beautiful pool and gardens, and just a short walk into Greve. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Whatever you’re expecting when you book here, you’re wrong. It’ll be better. Recently stayed here with my partner and besides being walking distance to an adorable and cute little town - or a short drive to others, you could easily just spend your days at the B&B. Genuinely a dream stay, so well designed and kept, it’s a beautiful place. The hosts are wonderful and put so much time and care into you as well as your stay. Feels incredibly authentic from a lovely family.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is something special.I brought my bike along for the trip, and SOLEeVINO turned out to be the perfect base. The local roads are quiet, smooth, and stunning—ideal for early morning rides through the Tuscan countryside. I was out for 100km most mornings, and Liz and Massimo were incredibly thoughtful—they arranged a private, secure space for my bike and were more than happy to push breakfast a bit later so I could make the most of the cool morning hours.Everything about the stay was just right. The pool is peaceful and beautifully maintained, the location is ideal, and the atmosphere is relaxed but carefully looked after. What really makes SOLEeVINO stand out, though, are the hosts. Liz and Massimo are not only warm and welcoming—they’re truly interesting people who care deeply about making each guest’s experience memorable. Their advice and local knowledge added so much to our time in the region.I couldn’t recommend SOLEeVINO more highly—and we’re already looking forward to our return.

We had a fabulous stay at SOLEeVINO. Liz and Massimo are truly wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Liz made dinner and lunch reservations for us in nearby restaurants which were amazing. Massimo gladly passed on local knowledge and organised to take us to a beautiful vineyard for a wine tour.The infinity pool is just beautiful and very peaceful. We were even delivered lovely, refreshing, ice-lollies when it got too hot!This is a B&B so the owners are on the premises but that's what sets it apart from the 5* hotels where there is no personal touch. I'm not sure how a previous reviewer could possibly compare here to a scout camp. He must have been having a bad day when he wrote his review as he is talking nonsense.The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious and Liz went out of her way to get a few extras that weren't originally on the menu. And there was certainly no set time for breakfast that couldn't be changed. Of course, as there may be other guests staying, there was a discussion about a convenient time for everyone but if there was a particular reason that you needed breakfast at a certain time, I'm sure Liz would accommodate that.The location was perfect. Its just up the hill out of Greve but with a little cut through the vineyard, you can reach the town in less than 15mins on foot. For the less mobile, its only a few mins drive and there is lots of parking available.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SOLEeVINO and I'm sure I will return!

Wow!, what a magical romantic experience we had! It was so good, we cut short our stay in Rome and extended for two nights - 10 nights in total!The photos do not do justice to this beautiful property! We were in awe of the location, tranquility, stunning vistas/sunsets/ accommodation and relaxing environment. The infinity pool was set amidst landscaped gardens overlooking the valley and a great place to chill and relax with a champagne!The hosts could not do or provide enough for you, and the little extras added a personal touch.The host was ever so accommodating with breakfast times and food was abundant and delicious!Greve had all the facilities a tourist needs, but did not feel like a tourist town. This place is a real gem — great for a romantic Tuscan getaway or a girls’ trip. We had an absolutely wonderful 5 days at Soleevino. The breakfasts were excellent, location was convenient to wine tasting and other local activities, and only 45 minutes from Florence. The property is gorgeous and our bed was comfortable. Liz is such a warm and welcoming host, and had plenty of local recommendations as well as help getting into hard-to-book restaurants. It was exactly what you want from a luxury B&B experience!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Soleevino. When we arrived, Liz greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. She even arranged a dinner reservation for us on our first night at her favorite restaurant in town which was lovely. Breakfast was served family-style each morning, and the food was delicious. The rooms were perfect for two people—spacious and incredibly comfortable, especially the beds. We really enjoyed hearing Liz talk about her journey in designing and creating the space. Her attention to detail, from the interior design to the landscaping, made everything feel intentional and well-thought-out. The pool overlooking the vineyards was a highlight, and we wish we had spent more time there. The location is ideal, just a short drive from downtown Greve and the surrounding wineries. Renting a car is a must, and the scenic drives through the Tuscan hills were breathtaking. Parking was easy, with a secure gate at the end of the driveway. Liz reached out before our stay, and we felt confident she could answer any questions we had. The Wi-Fi was strong, and we had no issues with connectivity. Liz gave us some fantastic recommendations for exploring the area - we wish we had stayed longer to check them all out! Overall, Soleevino was peaceful and relaxing, and Liz made our stay extra special.
