I have took 2 cars to them for aftermarket audio within the past 2-3 years. They do an absolutely amazing job. Wires are never showing in the vehicle. Everything is neat and set up.They are great personsable people too as they have their pups in the shop at times and that makes it feel really like home. Ill always recommend Dan, Corey and the Advanced Custom Sound team to whoever wants aftermarket items added to their vehicle!!

I traveled nearly 40 minutes multiple times specifically to work with these people. You need to know they are busy, and for good reason. Over the course of this project, I spent about 10 hours in their shop and never not once did they have a lull in business. That is the Hallmark of good work. So, prepare to travel there for initial quote, to schedule an appointment, and to be patient. That being said, I likely would have paid extra for a blocked out appointment, but that's me. They replaced every speaker in my Jeep JLU, installed a custom subwoofer on my tailgate, and recommended a top of the line package. There were two small issues with a mounting and a warranty on a faulty product out of the box, but both were handled at no charge the following week. My sound system sounds better than ultra premium suv packages with my doors and top off. This is a professional installer, staff, and location doing the best possible work, in my opinion. I waited for several weeks after the warranty issue and remount to make sure I felt this way before leaving the review, and I would recommend them to anybody that is serious about making an investment in their vehicle. I put in every piece of equipment the recommended, a full JL audio package, and I'm more impressed than I thought I would be. Thank you. Let me know when we can go do blind spot detectors.

I would highly recommend Advanced Custom Sound for any or all of your automotive needs. I have been a customer for around 20 years, I have tried other shops and was never satisfied with their service. I currently live in West Virginia and I am constantly making the drive to Warren Ohio because I know that they will be giving me and my vehicles the satisfaction that I am paying for.
