The employees at Medical Equipment Specialists are the most professional and caring individuals I have ever met in the medical business world. I truly mean this!I stopped by their business one day, not knowing they work by appt. only. However, Jenee graciously welcomed me in and listened to what my mothers mobility needs were. I learned more from Jenee in the 30 minutes I was there, than I did in a previous medical supply company I visited. We set up an appt. for them to assess my mother in her home for the appropriate power wheelchair. Jenee, Julio and Jeff were so kind towards my mother and I. They assessed and customized a power wheelchair to accommodate my mothers specific needs. We worked with Jenee to get a new power chair for our son (his first) and she couldn't have been more helpful. Went above and beyond to help with Medicaid process and dealing with the doctors office for paperwork. Both gentleman who measured and fit the chair for Cody were awesome (Jeff and Julio, I believe). I am so impressed with this company at every level. The attention to detail and customer care provided by Jenee in finding exactly what I needed for my unique circumstances with respect to durable medical equipment i.e. bariatric hospital bed, air mattress, commode to Jeff and John with delivery, set up and educating myself and my family on how all of the equipment works. Each and every one of them were patient and understanding and took the time to listen and find answers if they didn’t have them immediately. I had been trying to get a power wheelchair for 10 months with 2 other companies through my Medicare benefits. Those companies made it so difficult that my paperwork never got to Medicare. Medical Equipment Specialists knows exactly what their doing and worked directly with my doctor and physical therapist. I had my brand new power wheelchair in about a month. This wheelchair is a game changer for me. I can’t say enough positive things about MES. I have nothing negative. I’m sure there’s a lot of folks behind the scenes of these three exemplary individuals that contributed to my amazing experience as well. This company has given me a better quality of life. Mike and Jenee were extremely helpful in providing the services that I needed. They were quick and efficient to respond to requests and answered all my questions and concerns. It was nice that I didn’t have to leave my house. My equipment was dropped off to me and I was able to handle everything remotely. The rental process is super easy and purchasing as well. Great place and friendly staff. If I need any other equipment, I will use them again. Equipment was clean and functional when I received it.

I came down to Florida last month to visit my parents and my sister and her family. I had purchased a travel CPAP machine for this very purpose, and when I got down there, I realized I forgot to pack my N20 mask for use with the CPAP mini. I needed to get a mask, off insurance, and I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it. I called around, and I was lucky enough to get through to Michael "Gun Show" Russo. He didn't have any new stock, but he had the mask frame, headgear, and cushion for the N20 from a display. Even though neither of the nasal cushions were my size (one was small, the other large, of course I wear a medium,) he let me have both cushions and the frame/headgear for $45, and he even spent the time to see which of the 2 cushions would be the best fit. In the office, it seemed that they would both work, but when I used it that night, the large turned out to be the better fit as the small was *too* small for my nose. The fact that he let me have both just in case, gave me a sweet deal, and took the time to make sure everything was kosher went a long way to ensuring that I would be set for CPAP for the rest of my stay, return if I ever need supplies when I am in the area again, and recommend Medical Equipment Specialists LLC to my family down there. Also, both he and Jenee "The Brains of the Operation" Pajak are very cool people, we had some great conversations and I felt valued as both a client and a person. You can't go wrong by being a customer of this outstanding medical supply business.
