Family C Multiservices LLC was outstanding from start to finish! The entire process including project scope, flake selection, installation timeframe, and cost was communicated well in advance. The company was extemely flexible in accomodating our short 3-day time frame. We closed at noon on a Friday and had to fly home the following Tuesday to prepare for movers. They started work Friday afternoon and completed work on Saturday, which is normally a day off. They went above and beyond and to accomodate us. We are thrilled with their work and forever grateful! Another job well done! This is the best floor coating on the market and Family C Multi Services does an excellent job at installing it. I love that they will book the appointment to install it right over the phone, no wasted time having someone come out and give a sales pitch and measure, and give estimate then book three weeks later. I just called, gave the measurements did all the paperwork online and they installed it 2 days later! So easy. And this is the second job I had them do, both times 100% satisfaction 10 STARS!!!
