PGE was doing general maintenance and an upgrade on my gas meter and discovered an external problem with the gas pipeline into my home. . I was told they could not turn the gas meter on until the leak was repaired.I had a friend that had just used Science Plumbing and gave me the contact phone number. The repair man arrived within the hour and worked on the repairs the remainder of the day.He was very thorough and kept me appraised on the repairs. He totally replaced the pipeline and informed me when I could contact PGE to connect the gas meter. Thankfully I was back in service by6:00 pm the same day. Lalo did a great job on installing a new water boiler for our apartment as it other had a leak in it. He was very respectful, kind and fast. He explained to us what happened and cleaned up all the water that was in the pan and around in the closet. Would definitely be getting their service again if I ever need it. It is a holiday and they still manage to come and switch this out for us so thank you so much.

We had a clogged pipe, when the technician took a closer look he found it that in addition a pipe was completely rusted. The communications to setup the appointment and during the work were good, the work was done well and quickly. I'll work with them again.
