I joined Dominant Today for the HYROX training classes, and I absolutely love it! The classes are challenging, fun, and different everyday, so you never get bored. They have all the HYROX equipment you need, and I also participate in the monthly HYROX simulations. It's especially nice being able to do the lunges and burpee board jumps indoors instead of out in a parking lot. The HYROX Sims are top-notch and I definitely recommend giving one a try! The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Dominate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I met Tom and Amy at Dominate Today’s last hyrox simulation and they were very nice. The simulation itself was awesome and well organized. It was a wonderful experience and I’d reccomend their gym and simulations to anyone! 11/10!!

Dominate Today is a state of the art gym. They have top notch equipment for both strength training and cardio. They offer a wide variety of classes that are both fun and challenging. From the moment you walk through the doors, it is a motivating and welcoming atmosphere. Tom has excellent knowledge and provides options for all types of workouts and fitness levels. He is passionate about what he does, cares about the people he trains and always to strives to offer the most current types of workouts. I would highly recommend Dominate Today.

I go to this gym through ClassPass and keep coming back for a reason. The people are very welcoming and the workouts are designed to do at your own pace. It allows me to lift intentionally and get a good workout in!

We did a Hyrox Simulation at Dominate Today and it was a great experience!! Everyone was very helpful! We have never done any kind of training specifically for Hyrox and they answered questions and gave us tips! Will definitely be going back!!

Great facility! I am training for an upcoming HYROX, and they have the exact competition equipment for an authentic training experience! The owners are very kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable! I really enjoy the atmosphere!
