I started my journey with Dr. Tahir in 2015 in the seventh grade and ever since coming to his office the staff are super friendly, caring and gentle. I have never felt more comfortable at an orthodontist office than coming here. I will continue to recommend this place to all of my friends and family, and I just want to thank Dr Tahir and his team personally for helping me feel more confident in my smile every day! Dr. Tahir and his daughter came to the rescue for my daughter!! One of her braces came undone and the ortho who did them didn’t want to see my daughter for a month!! He didn’t consider it an emergency but doctors Tahir got her in the same day and fixed her braces my daughter loves them!! She also loved the great vibe and staff everyone was so awesome thanks doctors!!!! All my children have been to doctor Tahirs and Thalia is amazing she was there many yrs ago when I went for the first time and she still remembered us!! Makes us feel like even better great service to all!!

Dr. Lia and all the wonderful staff have made my treatment feel top priority. I was even given a discipline lesson that my teeth is what make me so its best to show up appointments so I can take good care of them. The flexibility had made it easier for me to come in when im at college.

I’ve been with Cool Braces for the past 3–4 years and they have been amazing all throughout :) From Dr. Tahir and Dr. Lia to the entire staff (Shoutout Kim), everyone has always been so kind, welcoming, and helpful! They always make me feel comfortable and are so patient with any questions or concerns I have. You can really tell that they care about their patients and want everyone to have the best experience possible. OMG where do I start. I've been under Cool Braces care for the past 1.5 years for my new Braces journey and I had a pokey wire after an adjustment last week. I hit the hotline by text and Natalie sprung into action. The Oak Lawn office was closed Friday however Natalie drove from the Berwyn office to Oak Lawn to make sure I was taken care of. If that isn't taken care of your clients then I don't know what it is. The entire team is always willing to do whatever is needed to make sure your experience is top tier. If you’re looking for ortho care for yourself or your family hands down Cool Braces is where you neee to go! I love ya'll ❤️!!

This is my second child that has gone to Dr Tahir. First child had Invisalign in high school and now my 13 year old with traditional braces. Love the doctors and staff! Very easy to schedule. Teeth were amazing for the first child and can’t wait to see the results for this one.
