My son and I love the staff too, they are ALWAYS pleasant and knowledgeable. They created an atmosphere that's welcoming and one where you don't mind returning & referring others. very friendly & personable staff & orthos!! they may be busy at times, but they're busy for a reason! i don't regret choosing them as my ortho office 🖤 dr. tahir and dr. lia are both so sweet and seem very passionate about their work. extra special thanks to lexi and kim!! 🖤 and thank you to the staff for being the only group of people to think my wisdom tooth ring is cool LOL

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!Dr. Liah and Dr. Tahir are an incredible father-and-daughter duo who gave both my daughter and me the best smiles we could have ever hoped for. From day one, what stood out most was the warm, family-oriented atmosphere. You truly feel like more than just a patient when you walk through the doors of Cool Braces.The entire team is amazing, but I have to give a special shoutout to Sophia. She is so kind, welcoming, and always made every visit a pleasant experience. The reception team also deserves recognition—they consistently greet everyone with a smile and make the check-in process seamless.I also greatly appreciated the gentle hands and caring approach of both doctors. They made what could have been a stressful process feel comfortable and easy every step of the way. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients are unmatched.I could honestly write a book about how wonderful my experience has been, but I'll keep it simple: if you're considering investing in your smile, I strongly recommend Cool Braces. The experience that my family had with cool braces was wonderful. Our primary dentist referred us to them,because they knew that my child needed braces. We went for a free consultation. The consultation was very informative right off the bat and we knew right away what we were heading forward to. We all so found out that my child had an impacted tooth on upper part of the roof of their mouth. That alone was very important information. That could be very concerning to my child health if not known about and lead to serious health issues as we looked up. Love that they work with my insurance and love the fact that we can set up a payment plan that we are able to set up amount that we could afford every month to pay for the rest that insurance didn't cover. Plus it made vists so much more hassle free not having to worry about payment every time we went to a vist. Able to considerate on what's happening with my child's teeth. So glad for that because it can be overwhelming for child and parent to go through together. Staff was all ways so very helpful, kind in person and over the phone. They knew you by your name's and that matters. The staff that helped Doctor was very helpful and informative they let u know what was done every time we went. We had a wonderful experience. We also know every person is different and has different situations going on in there mouth as we had many hurdles ourselves. I feel that we made the right decision coming here and greatful that we had a very good dentist who referred us to them. Thank you all Doctor's and assistants and other staff. You all made this very nerve wracking process and positive one for our family.Harrison

Dr. Tahir is an amazing orthodontist who our family has trusted for years. After watching my siblings get perfect smiles here, it was finally my turn! The office is still just as welcoming, professional, and efficient as always. I highly recommend Dr. Tahir to anyone looking for top-tier results!

Maria, Stephanie, and Thalia (I think was her name) were all so lovely and kind (and beautiful!) and it was so nice to see Dr. Lia and Dr. Tahir work together. I haven’t been to the office in over a decade and it felt like coming home - warm, fun, and so full of hardworking people and femmes with a fuller family now that there’s two awesome doctors.
