I called Rebuilders Restoration after Hurricane Helene. Judd showed up when he said he would. He was courteous, professional and respectful throughout. It was during one of the worst times in life and he and Luke took over my house remediation better than I could have expected. I handed them my home that I once loved, and left. My husband would go to help and would leave telling me the house was full of people working and he would only have gotten in the way. I have recommended Rebuilders on local forums and to others I knew in my same predicament. I would hire them again. They definitely exceeded my expectations. The documentation and pictures are hard to look at, but hopefully they will help with insurance matters. I can not say enough about the kindness and professionalism we were shown in our time of need.

Rebuilders is a class act! Andrew was very attentive . He answered every text , call or question I had concerning my roof replacement . It was a very stressful event dealing with insurance and another roofing company. When ReBuiders (Andrew) took over it was easy. They arrived on time and exactly when they said they would . They cleaned up better than it was when they arrived . It took 12 hours to complete the roof!! I would definitely use this company again. A special thankyou to Andrew for everything he did for this project.
