My son started at High Hope roughly a year ago. When we first visited, we were impressed by how clean the nursery was and the large outdoor play areaâperfect for my son, who absolutely loves being outside. The nursery manager, Rashika, is very friendly and approachable. Anytime we had a concern, she took it seriously and resolved it promptly. My son has developed so much since joining High Hope. They plan different activities every day to keep the children engaged, and the variety really shows. One of the biggest improvements weâve seen is with food. My son hardly ate at his previous nursery, but at High Hope, he really enjoys the meals. The food quality is great.Parents receive two meetings a year, along with daily handovers, which keep us informed. The staff are focused, hardworking, and have a genuinely caring nature. There are far more positives than negatives. The only minor downside is that the nursery has a strict sickness policy. Also, while they do update the app with information, itâs done weeklyâwe would love to see more frequent (perhaps daily) updates.Overall, weâre very happy with the care and attention our child receives at High Hope.
