We couldn’t be happier with High Hopes Nursery in Hamilton! From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It’s clear how much they love what they do, and that really shows in the way they look after the children.Our daughter absolutely loves going in every day, which gives us so much reassurance as parents. The team create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where the children can learn, play, and grow in confidence. We’ve seen such a positive difference in her development since she started here.Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel kept up to date with what she’s been doing. All of my children have been to this nursery and loved it. I have never had any issues with anything and my children have always gone happily. I have known the nursery from when it was newly opened and seen it grow over the last few years, they must be doing something right! I remember first seeing the nursery and thinking how clean it is and it is still the same. The staff I have seen over the years have been good and attentive towards the children. My daughter always talks about a member of staff who has recently left but also loves her new teacher. I wish high hopes all the success in the future and hope they continue to grow! Don’t hesitate to go and see this nursery if you are a new parent looking for one. The owners jag & Nirav and manager rashika are all lovely people and very approachable x

My daughters attends this nursery and she loves every moment of it. All the staff are so friendly and happy and keep my daughter safe. She loves playing with all the kids and there are always events on which is great . They thrive to do a great job and I’m happy we are apart of it.

High hopes is an amazing place to bring your child. It teaches your child the best foundation they need to develop. They have good management and leadership skills. The have positive energy both staff and managers. Information board is always available. Management and leadership roles are strong. I love the routine in the nursery. The management always responds effectively and staff work so hard. High hopes nursery always shines out and one of the best in Leicester.We are so proud we chose this nursery out off all the nursery because of the solid foundation of teaching and learning.jag is an amazing leader, friendly and easy to approach with any concerns or worry. She is a bubbly and her years of experience in child care truely shines on her.

I can still remember how warm and clean the environment was when I 1st walked into high hope nursery and then to how Rashika the manager attended to me despite her busy schedule she still listens, explains everything and very polite. To the big deal!!! my child has massively improved in her developmental skills and she always look forward to school days and I'm so happy about this. I must not forget to say a big thank you to the staffs taking care of my child you are all amazing.

My son started at High Hope roughly a year ago. When we first visited, we were impressed by how clean the nursery was and the large outdoor play area—perfect for my son, who absolutely loves being outside.The nursery manager, Rashika, is very friendly and approachable. Anytime we had a concern, she took it seriously and resolved it promptly. My son has developed so much since joining High Hope. They plan different activities every day to keep the children engaged, and the variety really shows.One of the biggest improvements we’ve seen is with food. My son hardly ate at his previous nursery, but at High Hope, he really enjoys the meals. The food quality is great.Parents receive two meetings a year, along with daily handovers, which keep us informed. The staff are focused, hardworking, and have a genuinely caring nature.There are far more positives than negatives. The only minor downside is that the nursery has a strict sickness policy. Also, while they do update the app with information, it’s done weekly—we would love to see more frequent (perhaps daily) updates.Overall, we’re very happy with the care and attention our child receives at High Hope.

I can not recommend this nursery enough!! I visited numerous nurseries in and out of Leicester but none of them gave me the feeling I got from High Hopes 🥰 a home away from home. My daughter really struggled with separation anxiety and the nursery were fantastic in tackling this.... so lovely, patient and caring with the both of us. My daughter spends full days there and it's great to hear her talk about all the fun shes had and what shes learnt.The nursery app is wonderful, not only do I get updates on her day but also at the end of the week I get an observation update that allows me to read what the nursery has been up to for the week along with some photos of my child from the week, it really is wonderful🙏❤️They truly care for every child and their development.Choosing this nursery was most definitely the best decision I made 🫶

My 18 month old babygirl attends this nursery, she started 4 months ago. She has made so much developmental marks since she has been going to nursery here, every week she comes home I observe she has learnt a new positive skill such as numbers, words, communicating with me, I see pictures every week of her time at nursery and she always looks so happy, the nursery staff always plan activities which I see pictures of my babygirl participating in and learning new things which are so important for fine and gross motor skills, I am a nhs senior health care professional and aware of safeguarding processes, also complete these referrals at my job, when I wanted to put my daughter in nursery I had a look around at a few different nurseries but when I went high hopes for a viewing, I rushed to secure her place here on the same day as the kindness and empathy the staff showed to my daughter and myself her parent, it’s very admirable and gives me peace to know my babygirl is around such people. The staff are all absolutely amazing here and always planning activities and supporting equality and diversity, wouldn’t want my baby girl to go anywhere else

Our daughter has been at this nursery since the age of 12 months (currently 3 years old). Manager Rashika consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership, proactively seeking opportunities for improvement and maintaining open communication with parents. Her responsiveness to our feedback and proactive updates regarding implemented changes are highly appreciated. Amazing nursery!Constantly gives feedback on areas of improvement to help meet the next milestone as well as constantly keeping me updated via the app.The menu promotes healthy eating with a variety of nutrients rich meal.After visiting a few other nursery during the initial selection stage, can certainly say their cleanliness is unmatched.Would highly recommend sending your little one here.

Superb nursery. One of the best decisions that we made for the family. They are warm, accommodating and compassionate to the kids and parents. They not only look after the kids under their care, they also ensure that they hit their individual milestones by monitoring them individually. I love how they collaborate with the parents in helping the kids develop further. The members of staff are very professional and I can definitely say that my baby is in very good hands with them. Also, one main factor that drew us to this nursery is the cleanliness, respecting cultural diversity, and how they ensure good nutrition for the children.
