I've used Atlantic Healthcare Products in Boynton for a few things over the past few years, including buying a scooter for my brother, having a lift chair repaired and most recently renting a rollator. I rented the rollator back in February as a short term rental as I was having trouble walking and wanted to attend a concert that required a long walk to get to the venue. At the time, I wasn't planning on keeping it long. Fast forward and the walking issue required spine surgery. I have now been renting it for 6 months. I decided today to call to see how much it would cost to buy the one I have as used versus continuing to pay monthly rental not knowing how long I'd need it. I was frustrated that I have been renting it so long and hadn't thought of calling months ago. I called the Boynton store and spoke to Maria. She asked me for some time to look into it and promised you would get back to me. Well she did, promptly, and the answer was basically that I have been renting it for so long that for that cost I could have bought it originally, hence it was mine to keep and they were no longer going to charge me for it. Where on earth do you find such amazing, caring companies like this with amazing, caring employees like Maria? Maria, you made an Atlantic Healthcare customer for life! You and the company can teach other companies about what true customer service looks like! Thank you!

I needed some wound tape and was a little confused what would work the best with my sensitive skin. The doctor did not really tell me what to get but I went to the store and talked to a really knowledgeable guy named Noel. He explained what he felt would work best and I was confident in my purchase. I had some other questions about medical equipment I will need in the future for an upcoming surgery and he was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. Its hard to get help these days and he really made me feel like my issues were important. Thanks Noel your my guy for all my future medical needs and I will be sure to tell all my friends to come to you.

Shout out to Atlantic Healthcare Products in Boynton Beach ! After I broke my ankle , my doctor ordered me a pneumatic boot.Due to “supply chain issues “ this Ortho Office did not have a boot to send me home with nor did they have a list of Medical Supply Stores where I could get one . Calls to three Medical Supply Stores yielded no boot . So , in desperation , I ordered one to come next day from Amazon ; the trouble was that , even though I had typed in “pneumatic boot” , Amazon showed me “non-pneumatic boots, ” and I accidentally chose one of those , so that had to be returned . Finally , I asked AI on my computer for a Medical Supply Store near me that had pneumatic boots , and it came up with Atlantic Healthcare Products on Military in Boynton Beach. I called at 9 am when they opened and a nice gentleman named Jim put one behind the counter for me in my size . My husband showed up with my Insurance cards and license and a great employee named Noah allowed my husband to video him explaining just how to use this boot correctly- there are nuances . Noah , you did such a great job , you should put a video about this on U-Tube or on the company site. The price was comparable to Amazon , but I paid zero because Atlantic was able to submit it to standard Medicare for me .Such is the value of a store with knowledgeable workers over Amazon/ mail order . Atlantic is now in my phone to share with friends . P.S.My husband says they also offer a delivery service .

The staff and selection at Atlantic Medical Supply are amazing. I have dealt with Maria, Anthony and Noel they have all been so kind and knowledgeable in assisting my parents with a wheelchair rental and eventually a purchase. Noel walked with us to the car to make sure mom felt comfortable lifting the chair and placing it in the trunk. They are all wonderful patient and kind staff that help people during challenging times. We will come back anytime we need any medical supplies or equipment. The staff here are all gems! Highly recommended.

I worked with noel in the boynton store. He was very helpful. With his help i have been able to complete two orders for large items without having to travel to the store. It was my lucky day when he happened to be the person who answered my first call to your company. I will ask specifically for Noel when I need help in the future.

My experience with Atlantic medical supply with Marie was amazing. They were great on the phone helpful I decided I wanted to drive over and see for myself and it was just wonderful experience or kind or helpful and they really tried to really accommodate the time I needed the delivery. I will always return to the store for any of my medical needs even though I have to drive from Boca. I called another supply and it was ridiculous. What they My time with Atlantic Medical Supply and Marie was fantastic. They were very helpful over the phone, so I chose to visit in person, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and accommodating with my delivery schedule. I will definitely go back for my medical needs, even though I have to drive from Boca. I called another supply company, and their prices were outrageous. This business operates with fairness and care.

My husbands walker needed the brakes fixed. I bought a different walker from them. I did not buy this walker. The VA provided it. They fixed the brakes in an instant. Highly recommended this company.
