I broke my knee!! On 2 crutches, drove to this place. Not easy to do. The minute I walked in?? MARIA C. and CRAIG, helped me. They were so understanding and helpful. They MEASURED AND FITTED ME, in the RIGHT BRACE. Talk about caring and knowledgeable. I could at least walk a lot better. Craig even walked me to my car, opened the door. Made sure I was all set. I have always had wonderful experiences with Atlantic Healthcare stores. Now I can add their repair services to my appreciation, thanks to Philip K. who fixed my lift chair two days ago. He was punctual, friendly, respectful, upbeat, quick, and extremely knowledgable. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I am most grateful for his help!

Update: I had to update my review because of the amazing customer service I received. After two months, I had them pick up the recliner only to realize the next day that I wasn't ready to move back to my low sectional. I called the store and he renewed my rental. Unfortunately, they did not have the model I had been renting so I accepted a different model. Without me having to call again, they called me a few days later to say they had just received the model I wanted and they exchanged the chair for free! I didn't even have to call them to ask if one had become available. I must give a shout-out and my heartfelt thank you to Michael, Fernando and Craig for their outstanding customer service!I don’t know what I would have done without Atlantic Healthcare. They are a family run business and have everything you can possibly need for medical supplies and surgical needs. They are very kind and very knowledgeable. This is the second time that I had to rent the power lift recliner and it has been honestly a lifesaver after my surgery. The rates are very fair and they will work with you when you need to have it delivered and picked up. They set everything up and they test it to make sure everything works perfectly. I purchased a toilet seat riser, a shower chair, and got my mother’s motorized scooter there as well. They are the only place that I will go for any medical or surgical needs, ever.

A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get a walker and wheelchair. Rita was incredibly informative and helpful. The ice pack she recommended has made a huge difference. I’m taking the walker in today because the rear wheels I added keep coming off, and I’m hoping they can fix it. Rita made the overall experience very positive and helped set me up on the road to recovery.Quick update - I took the walker in, and they replaced the rear wheels. They work great, and I’m very appreciative!

I've used Atlantic Healthcare Products in Boynton for a few things over the past few years, including buying a scooter for my brother, having a lift chair repaired and most recently renting a rollator. I rented the rollator back in February as a short term rental as I was having trouble walking and wanted to attend a concert that required a long walk to get to the venue. At the time, I wasn't planning on keeping it long. Fast forward and the walking issue required spine surgery. I have now been renting it for 6 months. I decided today to call to see how much it would cost to buy the one I have as used versus continuing to pay monthly rental not knowing how long I'd need it. I was frustrated that I have been renting it so long and hadn't thought of calling months ago. I called the Boynton store and spoke to Maria. She asked me for some time to look into it and promised you would get back to me. Well she did, promptly, and the answer was basically that I have been renting it for so long that for that cost I could have bought it originally, hence it was mine to keep and they were no longer going to charge me for it. Where on earth do you find such amazing, caring companies like this with amazing, caring employees like Maria? Maria, you made an Atlantic Healthcare customer for life! You and the company can teach other companies about what true customer service looks like! Thank you!

I needed some wound tape and was a little confused what would work the best with my sensitive skin. The doctor did not really tell me what to get but I went to the store and talked to a really knowledgeable guy named Noel. He explained what he felt would work best and I was confident in my purchase. I had some other questions about medical equipment I will need in the future for an upcoming surgery and he was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. Its hard to get help these days and he really made me feel like my issues were important. Thanks Noel your my guy for all my future medical needs and I will be sure to tell all my friends to come to you.
