I've had a great experience at Krav Maga Detroit. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and really focus on helping you improve at your own pace. Staff is so helpful and efficient. Had such a great first experience here! Went with my work team for a wellness outing and the class exceeded my expectations. Varying skill levels present and the seasoned members and instructors were welcoming and supportive. Great class energy with practical, usable skills. I absolutely will be back.

KRAV Maga Detroit (KMD) has not only gotten me back into the best shape of my life and taught me real life defense techniques, KMD has provided me with a sense of community and faith in myself to know that I can accomplish anything if I put my mind to it!I have to admit, my first time walking into the free class KMD offers, I was nervous that I would look silly and not be able to keep up. My fears were immediately alleviated as the owner, Pawel, personally shows you around the gym and patiently answers all your questions.I couldn’t ask for a better experience, better personal trainers, amazingly clean gym, and superstar classmates.
