Cancholas was highly recommended by my sister. Lina and her team were amazing, punctual and just great to work with. They went above and beyond with our patio and couldn’t be happier.

We’re so happy with our new patio roof! It turned out beautiful and has completely transformed our outdoor space. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out, and it looks like it was made specifically for our home. The crew was friendly, professional, and great to work with throughout the project. We love having a comfortable space to enjoy with family and friends. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and would definitely recommend them!

We could not be happier with the addition to our basement that was done by Jose and Lina. They were fast, professional, accommodating and the quality of work was fantastic! Best of all, they were affordable! They added a bedroom and closet with heating to our partially finished basement. They also completely finished out some previously unfinished space to become a craft room and plumbed in our basement laundry set and gas stove so that our former partially finished basement is now a complete 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom plus a den apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. They matched the existing finishes flawlessly and were done in just 4 days even with a handful of mid project changes we asked for. We would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for a job well done!

I had a great experience with Canchola’s Remodeling. I found them through a search on BBB’s website, though they only appeared on the second page of results. That may have been a blessing in disguise as I received zero response after multiple days from those I found on the first page. Canchola’s responded on the day of my request, came out to inspect my home within a couple days, and the delivered a split quote (part relating to my insurance claim and another for additional work) shortly after that. Their estimate was comparable to other contractor bids, but they really won the work through their great communication throughout that process. They started their work the following week, kept me informed throughout the construction, and finished up within a couple of days. They even came back out when I voiced a minor concern on one item, to which they took the addition effort to make sure I was completely happy with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will keep them in mind for any future work I may have in or around my home.

I had an excellent experience with Jose and Lina from the time of the estimate to completion of the project. The project consisted of adding a new front porch to my home in addition to installing brand new windows in areas that needed more light. They exhibited great communication, professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication throughout the remodel. Concholas Construction took personal interest in my project and were just as excited as I with the end project. The owners were at the sight to see the project through. The pricing was fair as I had three estimates done. I will use this company again for future projects.Thank you Lina and Jose! I am truly enjoying my front porch!

Canchola's Remodeling came to our house to replace a window with a sliding glass door so that we would have access to our backyard. Not only did they install the new door, but they rerouted the air vents and installed steps outside. They were professional and timely - and all together a pleasure to work with. We had this project completed in 2024 and everything still looks great!

We hired Canchola’s remodeling to complete a master bathroom remodel in our home. We met with several contractors and chose Canchola’s because of their friendliness and dependability. The work was completed on time and on budget. We made a few revisions throughout the process and they were very accommodating. They helped us coordinate tile and color schemes. It has been 3 months since the completion and we couldn’t be happier with our bathroom. We highly recommend Canchola’s for any type of remodel you may need.

Canchola’s team did an amazing job finishing our basement. From start to finish everyone was attentive and a pleasure to work with. I’m very particular, too. Lina did great managing me through the process 😁.
