I have been going to Natalie for years and cannot recommend her and the staff at River and Pearl enough! They are amazing! I have dealt with hyperpigmentation and melasma for years and struggled to find things that worked for my skin and corrected some of the damage done from too much time in the sun and also from previous treatments that made my skin worse. Since finding Natalie there is no way I would go anywhere else! She consistently recommends skincare products and does treatments that have left my skin looking and feeling better than I could have ever imagined. I trust her recommendations 100% and know that her in-depth knowledge will help her choose the treatment that’s just right for my skin. I love her dermaplane facials and have recently started doing the BioRePeel and cannot believe the results! I leave glowing every time! One of the best parts about the BioRePeel is that there’s no downtime unlike other peels I’ve done in the past that left me hiding out and embarrassed.As if Natalie’s expertise weren’t enough, the ambiance in her spa is so beautiful and soothing too! The estheticians at River and Pearl are the best! I have been working with them for over 10 years at past business locations. Natalie and Lana always demonstrate such a high level of care, expertise, attention to detail, and warmth. My skin looks amazing. Their "beauty bar" concept and membership is such a great idea! Makes it super easy to keep up with skin maintenance and catch any issues early on. It's also great that they can offer other skin services like waxes, derma planing, and you can also get a private facial if that's your preference. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to do so because they deserve a lot of praise. Can't wait for my next appointment!
