WOMEN ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT HERE!!!I had another company spray a new armor roof on my class C. When they reinstalled the AC cover, they put a wood screw into my ACs freon line and didn't replace the small solar panel that charges my 12v battery.I travel with 2 cats and the drive from OKC to Arizona was stressful with no AC. To the point of my cats panting. That can be deadly for them.The spray company, Old Glory RV Roofs in Edmond, OK toldd me to take it to a place and let them know.I contacted about 10 other RV repair seevice and they either never returned my call or had no clue what I was talking about.I didn't call Arizona RV Service. I completed the form on their website about 7pm. I received a call from Allie at 8am. She knew what I was talking about. That gave me great hope. I would NOT be disappointed! She's a gem!!After speaking to Paul, he was so knowledgeable about the issue, it built my trust in him and his crew, to the point I added several general maintenance issues that needed to be done.He kept me informed as the repair was being done. He sent me photos of the damage and of the final repair so I have those on file.He and his crew were amazing. I have to return to the Phoenix area every summer and AZ RV Service is going to be my repair and maintenance crew from this point forward.I highly recommend them. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and are very customer service oriented.UPDATE: They replaced the solar panel and when I got it back the light wasn't showing it was charging. When I called Allie the next day, she told me to bring it in immediately.When I arrived she was on the ball. Matt, the service manager, came in and explained the system to me. My class C was a cruise America RV and they have some things unique to them. Due to this, Matt explained how they wired it and the new panel is charging the 12v battery, it's just wired differently.All the male staff treated me with respect, answered my questions without talking down to me, and didn't come back saying I they found a bogus repair that needed fixing immediately.Once again, I still highly recommend this amazing team. Allie will take care of you and she will direct you to the right team member.

Arizona RV Service came in clutch and saved our family trip!We invested in a popup camper without truly thinking about those mechanical errors outside of our DIY realm. Until we discovered our wench cable splicing. Finding a tech willing or capable to address our problem wasn’t an easy task, it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack. Until we found Arizona RV Service! Drop off was painless with the upmost welcoming feeling and comfort. Communication was effective and to top it off we never once chased an update. Long story short, they had the tech for our popup, they pulled off the impossible within 10 days of my our family trip to CO and that’s including the weekend. Happy to have found my new go to shop! Wait I never had one to begin with haha.The smiles you helped create will always be embodied in my memory.Forever grateful!

After a lot of frustration with our RV, we found Arizona RV. They coordinated with our insurance, handled our annual service, and worked through several repair issues along the way.The process did take longer than we originally expected, there were a few delays, but Arizona RV ultimately got everything repaired and back on the road. What stood out most was the way the staff handled the challenges. They were fair, kind, and willing to help make things right. Even when the situation was stressful, it felt like they were on our side and genuinely working toward a solution.We appreciate the effort the team put in and are grateful to have our RV back and ready for the road again.
