Az RVService completed some warranty work on my Entegra van. The warranty people were not understanding what the issue was. Az RV kept at it until they they did and the air conditioner was replaced. I’ve used them before and have always been happy with the work they do!

Dave, Paul, Allie and the team have been taking care of our fifth wheel (s) for over 10 years. If it’s routine maintenance or repairs, your RV will be in better condition than when it was new. I wouldn’t even consider taking my rig elsewhere. This shop is the top of the food chain!!

Holly and service performed were excellent. The repair costs were much higher than I expected but rv repair is also high at other service locations.

I was towing a new Casita trailer home from Rice, TX to AZ. The Dexter EZ Lube Axles had been over-greased at the Dexter factory and one blew out the dust cap and grease blew out for miles before I caught it. I jerry-rigged a cap after putting a tiny bit of grease in the wheel then got it home.I knew that grease would have to be purged, the brakes and seals inspected, bearings repacked.I called Arizona RV Repair after doing some research. I’m picky who touches my vehicles and campers. I’ve worked on cars and trucks my entire life and have seen terrible automotive shops. Arizona RV Repair has a home/family feel to it. Allie was wonderful-I told her what happened and that I needed to get it addressed for the warranty asap and I lived so far away I’d have to wait for it.Allie set me up for early the next morning. Paul helped me unhook my Anderson Anti-sway set-up from my lifted Ford F250, and Tyler the tech who worked on it took photos to document just how excessively the axles had been greased. Paul documented my invoice with all the information I’d need for my warranty claim with Dexter.Tyler completed the work and in a little over 3 hours I was out in the heat with Paul kindly helping again to hookthe Anderson hitch up with me, making it go much more smoothly with two people.While I waited, Allie had hooked me up with a great product for my camper, shared some good stories.Everyone was friendly as well as professional and competent. Can’t ask for more than that. I was raised in by an engineer who was a car nut and meticulously cared for his cars and he passed that on to me. I’ve worked on cars, expanding my skills since pre-school.Other than myself, there are only 3 mechanics between AZ and Colorado I’d trust with my vehicles or campers. I’m adding Arizona RV Repair in Mesa, AZ to that list. They will now be my go to shop for anything related to my new Casita travel trailer.One other important thing. Their shop in Mesa is easily reached by the highway systemand wide roads and they have a spacious lot.That really helps when having to deal with the insanity and crazy drivers on the Phoenix roadway complex. From my small border town, they were an easy two hour plus a few minute drive and a whole let less stressful than going to shops in the dense packed city streets. So that is another high mark in their favor.I don’t like writing reviews, however, I really appreciated the service and how I was treated here.Also, keep in mind-Dexter Axles overfilled axles at their factory and they were installed during Casita manufacturing in my camper. Keep that in mind before towing one home. Have them check for over-greased axles. Especially during summer.Anyway, thank you to Allie, Paul, Tyler and the rest of the crew at Arizona RV Repair!
