From the initial contact through completion, the quality of Customer service provided has been exceptional. I particularly appreciated the time taken to visit my home, not once, but twice to discuss the equipment required and installation, and the no pressure and honest sales process. Installation was of the highest standard and flawless, and by a very knowledgeable and highly motivated Team. I am now enjoying an over 80% reduction in my electricity usage for the grid. I'd thoroughly recommend this Solar company.They were one of several companies i invited to quote for a solar panel/battery storage system.From start to finish the entire process was clear, expedious and expertly carried out.The reasoning and explanation for the specifics of the system were explained well. The payment requirements were also very transparent.Scaffolding crew, electricians and roofing guys all carried out their tasks tremendously well. Every question I had was answered and everyone seemed to have the common goal of delivering a neat and tidy system that functioned perfectly. In addition they ensured that I understood how it performed and was able to operate it effectively.The after sales service , especially in obtaining the documentation required for starting an export tariff, was exemplary.As I said previously, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great service, professional, competent and looked after us from start to finish. The system put together by Solar Specialists Scotland has us virtually off grid. Only wish id gone bigger. The way its looking at the moment we will have offset the cost of the install in about 3 years. Couldn't be happier with the team, the advice or the after care. No pressure sales just factual information on what they though would work best. We spoke to a good few installers and most of the sales pitches was like buying double glazing.Solar specialists came out, looked at the space we had, suggested a setup and a price. I had a bit of wiggle room in my budget and had a couple quid to play with. Asked them where we could go with the budget and ended up with 24kwh of battery storage and 33 panels. Never thought we could get a system the size we got for the money. Incredible value. The stats speak for them selves. Once its paid for its self its just gonna sit there saving and printing money.Once we hit break even ive got plans to add more, Solar specialists Scotland will be the first call i make.
