Find it hard to believe the negative review on this page as we only have good things to say about Spencer and his team and im someone who reads every review before making a hire!Ours was a big job - deodorizing and mould proofing a home and garage that had been used to house livestock and I can confidently say you wouldn’t know it if you walked in today thanks to this team.Spencer went above and beyond from pulling up the flooring (which was not on the original bid) to coming back to make things right when I said I could still smell the lingering pet shop scent. Better yet, Spencer has not just ‘closed out the job’ but has assured us once we get our vanity in his drywall guy will be back to snugly fit the baseboard we pulled during mould remediation. Top tier service, you get what you pay for.Honest, dependable and all round friendly/kind crew.

I have worked with Spencer and team! I had a pipe break and flood out the basement. It is emotional to have something like this happen but I knew I was in good hands once Spencer showed up! He took control, he knew what had to happen and took a really bad situation and made it like it didn’t even happen. I highly recommend working with Best Option!
