My furnace started smelling funny which lead us to realize it wasn't working properly. I made a phone call on Monday, scheduled the appointment for someone to come out, they were there on time. It's also nice because they send a photo of the technician when he's on his way. Within 5 minutes of being at my home, the problem was discovered. Very professional. I see why they have such great reviews. Most of the time appointments don't go so smoothly but this service call with King Mechanical was impressive. Keep up the great work!

Our ac stopped blowing cool air and I immediately started calling around the city to see who could come out the same day. Unfortunately alot of places told me they didnt have any availability until the next week. In this hot weather we could not go on like that, so when I called king mechanical I was so happy to know they could come out the same day! Gary and his partner showed up just in time and fixed our ac with no problems! The guys were knowledgeable and respectful 🙏. If we have any issues in the future, we will definitely be calling them! Very grateful
