I had the inside unit blower going out. Clayton came out to diagnose and confirm the issues. Not only did his team and him help find another blower, they found the exact model and drove to Baton Rouge to pick it up. It would have been delivered on Thursday the following week. They installed the new blower and discovered a weak capacitor when servicing the outside unit. All replaced professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you King Mechanical!

Great communication process! They text you the Technician’s ETA complete with their name and photo and give you the opportunity to reschedule if you need. Then they text you when the Technician is on the way. The Technician quickly diagnosed the problem then gave me the repair or replacement options. He had the parts on his truck to get the unit working right then. I couldn’t expect better care and service than what was provided!
