I began seeing Dr. Fisk during a particularly difficult time in my life. Anxiety and trauma were manifesting themselves in my body. His gentle, yet effective techniques enabled me to weather this period and come out the other end feeling healthier physically and emotionally. He also addressed long term trauma in my neck and spine that have improved as is evidenced in before and after x-ray images. Dr.Fisk and the work he does has completely changed my life for the better. No longer is constant back pain a part of my life, and I feel more in tune with my body. I am more able to recognize when something is unaligned or feeling wrong. The space and staff are so welcoming, comforting , and calming. When I came to Dr Fisk I was feeling scattered, my nervous system was on edge and my lower back, hip and neck kept needing to be adjusted on a regular basis by my previous chiropractor.Gently over the last 8 months, since I have started coming to see Dr Fisk , my whole system has calmed down. I have just started my treatment program with Dr. Peter Fisk at Integrative Chiropractic. However, I have been witnessing the results of treatments provided for my husband Lee that began in early 2024. Lee has pretty severe stenosis that has immobilized his neck and caused continual tension headaches. He has had very impressive results from Dr. Fisk's gentle treatments including significant postural improvements. We are thankful. On a personal note, I am seeking treatments from Dr. Fisk to insure that my posture and balance are good, plus I hope to alleviate the risk of falling. I celebrated my 2nd 40th birthday in February. My goal is to remain upright and healthy in old age.

Dr. Peter Fisk helped me when no one else could or would. I first saw him when I could hardly walk and I had extreme dizziness. I had gone to many MDs who asked me to fill out their forms, which I did thoroughly to explain all the physical injuries I had been through. Upon my visits, each one walked in the room and said, "Ok, what are you here for?" None had read what I'd written. When a friend suggested I see Dr. Peter, he asked me to fill out a long form and I thought 'here we go again'. But I did it, hoping he wouldn't be like all the others and he WASN'T! He had read everything I wrote and we discussed it. Meanwhile I went to Mayo Clinic where I had 5 different visits over 6 months with all their teams of doctors. At the end of all of that, they said that I had nerves that were too afraid to function, but they couldn't do anything to help me. When I had my first visit with Peter, he told me the exact same thing and he said that he might be able to help. And he did!

I suffer from painful stenosis in my neck which gives me terrible headaches. I’ve seen many chiropractors over the years and Dr. Fisk is far and a way the gentlest. No stressful cracking. Just very light touches to painful areas which removes nerve blockages. I always feel better when I leave and especially the next day. What’s more, my posture improved dramatically after the first three months Dr. Fisk treated me. I can’t recommend him and Integrative Chiropractic more highly.

I would recommend Dr. Fisk even only based on my initial consultation, since I haven't received any care yet. The office space and staff are very welcoming and calming, and Dr. Fisk was very patient and thorough. He made sure I had shared all that I felt I needed. I also appreciate that there wasn't an immediate push of sessions on me, but that they would first assess my individual needs to determine if they thought chiropractic work was the best avenue to meet my concerns.
