⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an excellent experience with ABX Properties and would highly recommend them. What really sets them apart is the genuinely personal service. They are professional, responsive and incredibly hands-on.Xavier went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent, always making himself available and taking care of things that were well beyond the usual scope of the service.Communication throughout was excellent, everything was handled efficiently, and any issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss.A very professional, trustworthy and caring independent agency. I would happily use ABX Properties again and recommend them to other landlords.

Excellent experience with ABX Properties! From our very first contact through to moving into the property, the service was incredibly personal, friendly, and professional. They supported us at every step and continued to be helpful even after we had moved in as tenants. We always felt well looked after and genuinely cared for.

I have dealt with many agents in the past and I found ABX very efficient, professional and helpful when using this agency recently. They went out of their way to ensure the process of letting my flat went smoothly to the end. I will certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Ayumi and Xavier.

Ayumi and Xavier do an amazing job ! They are incredibly reliable, attentive and kind. They treat the whole process of renting very carefully and with attention to details and needs. As two young women renting a flat in London, it is has been - and continues to be - a really good experience to do this process with ABX.
