Ayumi and Xavier were so helpful and approachable at every step of the process. Move-in day was stress-free, as they gave us a full walk-through of the flat, helped taking meter readings, setting up bills, and finding the boiler etc. We had the easiest and smoothest experience possible, and they are still so helpful and accessible well into the tenancy.
