While staining my fence, I discovered that the bases of my patio columns had started rotting. I contacted several contractors, but most were slow to respond, and the few who did reply quoted extremely high prices. When I reached out to Ron, he came out the very same day to assess the situation.He provided a very reasonable quote and clearly explained all my options. Instead of recommending a full column replacement—which would have been costly and unnecessary—he pointed out that the damage was limited to the bottom portion. His solution was to remove the rotted section, reinforce the base with concrete, and raise the columns using metal brackets. It was a practical, cost-effective approach that made perfect sense.Ron and his crew returned just a few days later and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The quality of the job was excellent. What impressed me even more was that he came back the following week—after I had already paid him—to handle some final sealing and waterproofing to ensure everything was properly protected.I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Ron and Dynamo Home. We hired Dynamo Remodeling to turn a sunroom (that was severely leaking) into a regular roofed room. They built a roof, installed new sheet rock, outlets, lighting and a skylight, then painted and put down a new floor. We are absolutely giddy with the results! Ross and his crew did an excellent job and we are already talking about other projects.
