We hired Dynamo Remodeling to turn a sunroom (that was severely leaking) into a regular roofed room. They built a roof, installed new sheet rock, outlets, lighting and a skylight, then painted and put down a new floor. We are absolutely giddy with the results! Ross and his crew did an excellent job and we are already talking about other projects.

My husband and I had a dream to enclose our pergola to permit protection from the harsh sunlight and insectsWe initially had one pergola in the center and two additional areas, one on each side of the pergola that we were using large umbrellas for shade.We contacted Dynamo Home improvements and spoke to Ross Garza, a consultation appointment was made, and when Ross came out, we explained our vision.We wanted to cover and enclose the three areas to include two large remote screens.Ross is very professional and courteous. Ross listened to our desires and sent us a quote the same night.The quote described our vision as discussed:Prep area, create 2 arbors on each side of the existing pergola to be as one, match material size and style, reconfigure three columns on structure, create drainage, install metal flashing, heavy duty metal roof, waterproof all areas, run power for two large remote fans ( Ross provided) and two pendant lights (we provided), install two motorized screens 16’ and frame the structure with knee wall, panel or pine on both sides of the small wall, install screen door screen all around with matching materials, secure all openings for mosquitoes, stain all areas, clean up and haul trash.We received all that and more!One knee wall ended up as a full wall.Ross offered to install an awesome built in fireplace on the wall. it was something we didn’t know we wanted until it was there.It heats the area, it’s remote, has ambient lighting, and rocks to enhance picturesque viewing pleasure.Ross is an effective communicator, he has a heart to please and satisfy the customer, and he was easily accessible.During the final walk through we pointed out a couple of small items, and my husband paid the final payment.I was concerned based on our past experiences with contractors.Ross said they would return the next day to complete those items.ROSS HONORED HIS WORD AND RETURNED THE NEXT DAY! ( even though he had received final payment).He and his crew exceeded our expectations to ensure both sides have the same aesthetic symmetry.Ross and his team went above and beyond to offer satisfaction.This is the first time we did not go over budget on a project.Ross’ knowledge of good value for the cost of material and labor was as quoted.Thanks so very much for your dedication and hard work
