I recently scheduled a DEXAscan at DEXAfit in The Woodlands after starting a wellness journey and wanting a clearer picture of my health. I made the appointment in early February with the goal of understanding my bone density at my age, learning more about my metabolic age and getting deeper insight into my overall body composition.The experience was great. The location was clean and professional and the process was quick and informative. The results provided really helpful insights that you simply can’t get from a regular scale.It gave me a solid baseline to work from as I continue focusing on my health and fitness. I think this is a helpful tool if you’re serious about understanding your body and tracking real progress. I’m looking forward to going back in 6–12 months to see how far I’ve come.
