I joined Friendship Fitness & Nutrition about two months ago, and it’s been a great experience so far. What really stood out to me is how well the workouts are structured and scheduled—it feels purposeful and not random. The programs focus a lot on improving core strength and proper form, and I’ve already noticed good improvements. A big shoutout to Coach Shelby, Coach Andy, and all the other coaches as well—they are very knowledgeable and truly know what they’re doing. What I appreciate the most is how closely they watch your form and correct you immediately if something is off, guiding you the right way. Also, if you’re on and off with your attendance, they actually follow up with you and check in to see why you haven’t been coming, which really helps with accountability. All the coaches are experienced and genuinely care about helping you improve, and I would definitely recommend Friendship Fitness to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals.

My husband and I joined Friendship because close friends of ours are members.We wanted to get back in to a gym that was challenging and wanted to work on our personal goals of fitness and health.The gym, instructors and everyone in the classes have been super nice and motivating! I was definitely intimidated at first but I have already seen improvements within myself and my husband with being members since November. Love the people, workouts, and the instructors. Actually like going to the gym for once!Don’t hesitate. Join! 🙂

Joining Friendship Fitness has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. In just 6 weeks, I’ve seen so much growth, both physically and mentally. I’ve always lifted on my own, but I was never very consistent. Since coming here, I’ve been able to build a real routine, stay motivated, and meet some amazing people.The staff truly cares about your progress and wants to see you succeed. Shoutout to Coach Shelby for helping me through personal training and still pushing me in class to give my best every time.I honestly enjoy every class I take, and the energy here is unmatched. I’m so grateful I found this gym and would recommend it to anyone looking for accountability and a supportive community.

I started at Friendship Fitness two months ago, and it has been a great experience! The workouts are fun yet still super challenging, and I always leave feeling accomplished. Most importantly, it’s a comfortable and welcoming environment where you feel supported and motivated. The coaches are encouraging and genuinely supportive, and the overall vibe makes you excited to show up every day. Highly recommend Friendship Fitness to anyone looking for an effective workout in a positive, uplifting space!

I can’t say enough good things about Friendship, Fitness & Nutrition. The coaches are friendly, supportive, and truly care about helping you get stronger and see real results. The group workouts are challenging but fun, well planned, and easy to adjust so you can keep making progress. What really makes this gym stand out is the people—the coaches and members are welcoming, encouraging, and make it a place you actually want to show up and work hard. It genuinely feels like a community. Highly recommend.

What a great place to work out! Great camaraderie and encouragement. Staff is patient, friendly, not judgmental, and absolute experts. Their workouts are easily workable for newbies like me, and also challenging for those who have been coming to the gym for years. This is a wonderful experience. Their name says it all: Friendship Fitness.

I joined Friendship Fitness over a year ago as a 68 year old woman with little experience in any functional fitness. For the last 25 years I had mostly just walked for exercise.My prime motivator was my falling bone density. My family doctor told me I needed to do something to strengthen my bone like “a lunge or a squat.”I have been welcomed by the coaches and the members and never felt out of place. There are other people my age and the workouts are often scaled to me.After a year of 2-3 times a week workouts, for the first time in a decade, my bone density is stable and I can avoid medication.I highly recommend Friendship Fitness to anyone of any age who wants to invest in themselves and their fitness!
