I joined Friendship Fitness & Nutrition about two months ago, and it’s been a great experience so far. What really stood out to me is how well the workouts are structured and scheduled—it feels purposeful and not random. The programs focus a lot on improving core strength and proper form, and I’ve already noticed good improvements. A big shoutout to Coach Shelby, Coach Andy, and all the other coaches as well—they are very knowledgeable and truly know what they’re doing. What I appreciate the most is how closely they watch your form and correct you immediately if something is off, guiding you the right way. Also, if you’re on and off with your attendance, they actually follow up with you and check in to see why you haven’t been coming, which really helps with accountability. All the coaches are experienced and genuinely care about helping you improve, and I would definitely recommend Friendship Fitness to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals.
