I joined Friendship Fitness & Nutrition about two months ago, and it’s been a great experience so far. What really stood out to me is how well the workouts are structured and scheduled—it feels purposeful and not random. The programs focus a lot on improving core strength and proper form, and I’ve already noticed good improvements. A big shoutout to Coach Shelby, Coach Andy, and all the other coaches as well—they are very knowledgeable and truly know what they’re doing. What I appreciate the most is how closely they watch your form and correct you immediately if something is off, guiding you the right way. Also, if you’re on and off with your attendance, they actually follow up with you and check in to see why you haven’t been coming, which really helps with accountability. All the coaches are experienced and genuinely care about helping you improve, and I would definitely recommend Friendship Fitness to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals.

My husband and I joined Friendship because close friends of ours are members.We wanted to get back in to a gym that was challenging and wanted to work on our personal goals of fitness and health.The gym, instructors and everyone in the classes have been super nice and motivating! I was definitely intimidated at first but I have already seen improvements within myself and my husband with being members since November. Love the people, workouts, and the instructors. Actually like going to the gym for once!Don’t hesitate. Join! 🙂

Joining Friendship Fitness has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. In just 6 weeks, I’ve seen so much growth, both physically and mentally. I’ve always lifted on my own, but I was never very consistent. Since coming here, I’ve been able to build a real routine, stay motivated, and meet some amazing people.The staff truly cares about your progress and wants to see you succeed. Shoutout to Coach Shelby for helping me through personal training and still pushing me in class to give my best every time.I honestly enjoy every class I take, and the energy here is unmatched. I’m so grateful I found this gym and would recommend it to anyone looking for accountability and a supportive community.

I started at Friendship Fitness two months ago, and it has been a great experience! The workouts are fun yet still super challenging, and I always leave feeling accomplished. Most importantly, it’s a comfortable and welcoming environment where you feel supported and motivated. The coaches are encouraging and genuinely supportive, and the overall vibe makes you excited to show up every day. Highly recommend Friendship Fitness to anyone looking for an effective workout in a positive, uplifting space!

I can’t say enough good things about Friendship, Fitness & Nutrition. The coaches are friendly, supportive, and truly care about helping you get stronger and see real results. The group workouts are challenging but fun, well planned, and easy to adjust so you can keep making progress. What really makes this gym stand out is the people—the coaches and members are welcoming, encouraging, and make it a place you actually want to show up and work hard. It genuinely feels like a community. Highly recommend.

What a great place to work out! Great camaraderie and encouragement. Staff is patient, friendly, not judgmental, and absolute experts. Their workouts are easily workable for newbies like me, and also challenging for those who have been coming to the gym for years. This is a wonderful experience. Their name says it all: Friendship Fitness.

I joined Friendship Fitness over a year ago as a 68 year old woman with little experience in any functional fitness. For the last 25 years I had mostly just walked for exercise.My prime motivator was my falling bone density. My family doctor told me I needed to do something to strengthen my bone like “a lunge or a squat.”I have been welcomed by the coaches and the members and never felt out of place. There are other people my age and the workouts are often scaled to me.After a year of 2-3 times a week workouts, for the first time in a decade, my bone density is stable and I can avoid medication.I highly recommend Friendship Fitness to anyone of any age who wants to invest in themselves and their fitness!

At Friendship, I have learned that I can lift heavier weight than I ever imagined which is exactly what I need in post-menopause!The programming is well designed, and the variety in each workout keeps you engaged and challenged.There is definitely a sense of community and ownership in the gym. I would definitely recommend Friendship!

All the coaches are well trained and adequately knowledgeable. This place is definitely a body workshop for any fitness enthusiast at very affordable rates. Special mention Coach Andy’s guidance on the nutritional and personal training perspective helped me to shift my lifestyle to the healthy zone.

I joined Friendship Fitness because I wanted to build a healthier lifestyle and challenge myself in my fitness journey. At my old gym I never had much structure and wasn’t seeing results, so I was a little intimidated to start here since I had never really done strength training before. The one on one sessions with Shelby made all the difference—she walked me through everything, emphasized proper form, and helped me feel confident trying new exercises in a safe and intentional way.Beyond the coaching, what makes Friendship Fitness stand out is the community. From the start, people I had never met went out of their way to welcome me, share tips from their own experiences, and encourage me during tough workouts. Everyone is kind, supportive, and uplifting, which makes me excited to keep showing up. Joining Friendship has been one of the best investments I could have made in myself in this season of life.

I could never work out before I joined this gym. I hated it. But the coaches are so kind and the other attendees are so encouraging that I just keep going. You don’t have to be strong to start. Just try it.

Before joining Friendship Fitness, I had never worked out much in my life. Walking into a gym for the first time was incredibly intimidating—I felt nervous, unsure, and completely out of my comfort zone. But from the moment I stepped through your doors, I was met with warmth, encouragement, and support.Friendship Fitness team made me feel welcome and, more importantly, capable. While I haven’t had the chance to work with every coach yet, each one I’ve met has been phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely uplifting.I’m truly grateful every day that I took that first step. After trying out many other gyms in the Dublin area, I can confidently say that Friendship Fitness is my forever gym home! The programming, facilities, trainers, class availability, and community are top notch and unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Classes are challenging in the best possible way! I felt like I’d plateaued and wasn’t seeing as much progress at my old gym, but only two months in at Friendship, I’m feeling stronger and seeing positive changes.They truly live up to their name! Everyone is so encouraging and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and great at offering modifications and correcting form to prevent injury. I only wish I’d joined years ago when my husband first started going because his progress and transformation has been amazing! As people who didn’t grow up in a fitness-oriented family, we plan to enroll our kids in the kids’ programming to help them build a strong foundation for healthy living.

I joined Friendship a year ago. Best decision ever. I have always been a runner, but noticed that my fitness was declining with just running. By adding Build 3 days a week, it gave me the strength to complete my first 100 Miler Ultra Race. The coaches and other members are super supportive and great. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great community with healthy values.

i was scared to start a gym. a little overwhelmed and very out of shape. everyone at friendship has been welcoming and each coach has helped modify and adapt to meet me where i am at. every coach is educated and the energy is great. i'm getting better and stronger everyday. you do not need to have any experience before you join the gym- they will help. the culture is excellent, people are rooting for you to do better and be better. i appreciate the effort that everyone puts into making it a positive experience.
