This company is fantastic. Highly recommended and affordable. He came after 5pm on a weekday and stayed until around 7:30pm to make sure the job was done right. He rehung a gutter and cleaned out all the gutters and downspouts. Also very kind and friendly. Small business and local in southern Indianapolis. I will definitely use them again. Saved in my contacts.

Sam did an excellent job! Very honest upfront and professional. The west side of my house (vinyl) turned chalky over the years. Sam went above and beyond to come out and find a solution to bring the vinyl back to looking brand new! I highly recommend Grace & Grime. I will you use them again. And recommend them to everyone. Thank You!

Grace & Grime did our siding, fence, and back patio concrete, and the results speak for themselves. Professional, on time, fair price, and the soft wash on the siding didn't damage anything nearby like we worried it might. Patio concrete looks brand new. Easy to recommend to anyone in Franklin, IN needing pressure washing done right.
