I had an incredibly positive experience with this shop and especially with their general manager, John. I had left a spare key there after having work done on my car, and when I unexpectedly lost my main key during a snowstorm, I remembered the spare and called the shop.Even though it was the weekend and the usual staff member wouldn’t be in until Monday, John went above and beyond to help me. He personally took the time to drive to my house—about 45 minutes away—to test the keys he had seen at the office. Thankfully, he had the correct one, and I was able to start my car.This level of kindness, professionalism, and dedication is rare. I’m extremely grateful for the help and would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They truly care about their customers.
