Brought my car in for a body repair after being hit. Kiran was amazing and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate for the repairs. I dropped the car off and he had it done in the time he had said, in addition also fixed some minor scratches the car already had. Kiran was so professional, nice and helpful. I had an incredibly positive experience with this shop and especially with their general manager, John. I had left a spare key there after having work done on my car, and when I unexpectedly lost my main key during a snowstorm, I remembered the spare and called the shop.Even though it was the weekend and the usual staff member wouldn’t be in until Monday, John went above and beyond to help me. He personally took the time to drive to my house—about 45 minutes away—to test the keys he had seen at the office. Thankfully, he had the correct one, and I was able to start my car.This level of kindness, professionalism, and dedication is rare. I’m extremely grateful for the help and would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They truly care about their customers.

The only review you need…I first came to Rally Motors on the recommendation of a trusted mechanic friend, after more than a year of back-and-forth trying to resolve an ongoing issue with my vehicle’s driver-side window trim.Originally, my insurance claim went through Lexus of Edison, who subcontracted the work to Northern Valley Auto Body in Englewood, NJ. After the repairs, the trim issue persisted. I brought the vehicle back to Lexus, who replaced the belt moulding, but this was only a temporary fix. The real problem—remained undiagnosed, preventing proper installation of the trim.I spent over a year working with Allstate to revisit the claim, navigating delays, miscommunications, and repeated misdiagnoses. When I finally brought my vehicle to Rally Motors, Kiran and Sarah immediately stood out. They listened carefully, inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and documented the problem correctly.
