Have used Myakka Landscape & Design twice now. First time was right after hurricane Milton. They were fast, courteous, and very professional, no matter how big or small the job was. The second time was because of their outstanding customer service, I used them to remove and install a second tree and plant ten additional bushes. After gathering estimates and design ideas for a patio and landscape rehab around our lanai from 6-8 businesses these guys came through. They listened, steered us in a good direction and executed when and how we discussed. Crew was a delight to work with despite the conditions. We just bought a house in Nokomis which came with some poor draining issues in the front and the back. Josh and his crew did an amazing professional job rectifying this problem with high quality French drainage systems installed. They cleaned everything up when they finished and it looks fantastic. The price was right, the work was high quality (actually, above and beyond!), and the efficiency of the job was impressive and unbeatable from conception to quote and from project start to finish. For our first project, Myakka Landscape & Design complete the following: - site visit, consultation, and assessment - design plan - multiple garden beds - irrigation installation - selecting and planting hibiscus - mulching Joshua (owner) provided a professional consultation within 1 business day of my project request and the company turned around an equally professional quote in the same day as the site visit. Work was scheduled just a few days later and his crew executed the plan efficiently and perfectly in less than one day. They cleaned up great (like they’d never even been there), leaving my yard better than when they found it which is #1 in my book. The team made some thoughtful suggestions and modifications along the way, which I appreciated. They were also patient and polite with me and my multiple visits to the backyard and questions while they worked. It was fun to watch his crew learn from one another to get the job done. Each person was a leader in their own way and you could tell they really liked working together and love what they do every day. Rain Drainage Repair Job Josh's team is definitely worth 5-Star Rating. The guys did our rain drainage repairs in North Port. They were professional, efficient, and delivered excellent results just as I envisioned it to be. The team was punctual, very important to us used the quality replacement material, and completed the job as promised. The area was left clean, and the repairs have significantly improved the drainage. Great service and value for money! Thank you, Josh and your hard-working Team!
