My wife and I would like to share how our trip went that was planned for us by Travel Concepts.I would first like to give a huge thank you to Sue Drew, who arranged our travel plans. Sue, everything was perfectly arranged. Every pick up and drop off, every guided tour, every hotel, every museum entrance, every train ride was precise and without any issue at all. Our trip was complicated, and we did not have even one problem or question along the way.I give all the credit to Sue, and thank her and the team at Travel Concepts for taking the time and passion to create the ideal vacation for my wife and me, and I'm sure for many other clients too. We traveled with the McCoy group to Ireland in September of 2025. Travel Concepts did a great job pre-trip with communications and helping with preparing us. During the trip Chris and Kelly were great with our group. We enjoyed the itinerary which was varied and interesting. The logistics, the hotels and activities were perfect for our size group. Our tour bus driver was great, funny, knowledgeable and most importantly a safe driver. It could not have Ben better.

We had 2 weddings this summer in the same week in 2 different countries; 1 in Katerini, Greece and the other in Aruba! We had no idea how we were going to do it. Luckily, we called Sue Drew at Travel Concepts and she was able to get us to both weddings and also to add in a quick stop for us in London. All our flights were excellent, and our hotel in London was right around the corner from Buckingham Palace, and centrally located to everything. She even recommended a reputable tour company to book excursions through. Sue definitely took the stress out of our crazy travel itinerary so we could enjoy both weddings, and enjoy time with both sides of our family. I highly recommend calling Sue Drew for all your travel needs.

I’ve dealt with Travel Concepts in booking 2 trips and have found them to be an outstanding travel agency. In particular, agent Joy Gerber has been excellent. Joy is knowledgeable, extremely professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with! During our most recent booking there was an issue with a cruise line and Joy totally resolved it for us in an expeditious time period to our complete satisfaction.Because of this, I highly recommend Travel Concepts.
