Yoscairy was amazing! My boyfriend and I had a complicated return since we bought a house together last year but are filing separately. The documents were so confusing and we knew we needed help. We also waited until the last minute and reached out 2 weeks before tax day, Yoscairy was busy but not only did she fit us in, she was able to be flexible and meet with us 2 days later since I was traveling the following week and wouldn’t have another time to do it. She sat with us for 3.5hrs and went over every detail of the tax forms, making sure she did everything she could to help our returns including claiming some of our utility bills since we work from home. She was incredibly nice and kind, extremely fair with pricing and even went through the forms explaining things in case we want to do it ourselves in future years. I was lucky enough to find Olive Branch Financial Services, Saugus, MA, after searching through several accountants that wanted an exorbitant amount of money for a tax work up. Having to go through Zoom calls and phone interviews with accountants to see if I was an appropriate client for them was more than disheartening.Initially, a call was put in to Olive Branch to inquire about obtaining an appointment and pricing. To my amazement, an appointment was made instantly and pricing was on point! She was receptive, caring, responsive and extremely knowledgeable and helped me immensely as to other previous accountants working the basic return, not telling me the truth about what could be deducted. Within forty-five minutes my taxes were complete - she put my mind at ease. Being pretty busy it took me about three weeks to write this review. With that said - If you need your taxes completed you MUST see Olive Branch, there is no other accountant that understands your needs, is willing to hear you, is caring and will do the very best for you while getting the best return she can.
